Each unit comes with a sofa, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster, and fridge are also featured, as well as a kettle. At the guest house, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Patong Beach is a 8-minute walk from the guest house. Phuket International Airport is 22 miles away.

Convenient, great value, excellent location, clean, friendly staff! So many amenities!
+ This room had everything I needed for my 9 nights stay! The location was private and tucked away but close to the action and main roads. Friendly helpful staff. Daily cleaning if wanted. And all the amenities!
− The only thing that I would say bothered me was the bed. The bed was very hard. But everything else made up for it!

+ Excellent staff, functional and clean room, location.
− Location stated at booking.com is not corrrect. You need to get off at Royal Paradise Hotel, walk directly about 100 meter, hotel is on the left or call the hotel to meet up. If you don't call,you are absolutely in trouble. My advice: write a hotel in advance before you get there.

Feels like home, clean, close to everything, the host was very nice and helpful. A must go!!
+ The name suits the vibe, you really feel like if you are at home. The zone is perfect like 500 m to Patong beach. The owner she is very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, you also have a nice kitchen with anything you might need. Near by you have shops, 7/11 i mean close to every thing. I totally recommend this place 100 times. Was is also good is the isolation ( Patong is very busy with loud music) but in this place the isolation was very good so you dont hear anything . I really enjoyed my stay . Thank you see you again 😌😌

+ the photos are true to life, ideal location about 300 m from Banglaroud but you need to be prepared for possible noise. Perfect apartment in Patong for such a price in such an area. Special thanks to the owner and staff for their work

Fully corresponds to the photo and expectations.
+ Charming Choi and her assistant. They did everything to make our stay seamless. It's EXTREMELY clean, there are beach towels, and water coolers. They answered all our questions and even called us a taxi at the end. The rooms have large TVs, modern air conditioners, microwaves in every room, and the superior rooms have full kitchens and washing machines!
− Not a negative, but a note for future vacationers (we knew about these things in advance). 1. The street itself isn't the most pleasant place, but it's quiet and safe. 2. It's right in the center, so it can be noisy for a while. 3. If you have trouble getting to the upper floors without an elevator, you may have some difficulties. An elevator was not included from the time of construction. (This didn't bother us.)

It’s close to the beach , bars , clubs , restaurants .
+ The owner it’s very nice . If you don’t have towels for the beach then its no probleme beacause she will give it to you as many as you wants!Everything new inside the rooms and most important everything it s clean

A gorgeously clean room with the most attentive staff who made sure my stay was perfect.
+ Exceptionally clean with a huge comfortable bed. The room was enormous and had everything I could possibly need including kitchen facilities, air con, iron and hairdryer.
