− The rooms were disgustingly dirty full of mould the food was very ordinary and the staff were not very helpful. Because this was an all-inclusive hotel, there was so many drunk men by the end of the day. The air-conditioning did not work in our room and there was no hot water.

+ Расположен в тихом месте, полчаса от города, такси в районе 20 евро до Бодрума. Уютное лобби для проведения вечеров. Неплохая сауна, хамам, спортивный зал.

− В номерах убираются плохо. Персонал разговаривает на языке, отличном от турецкого, только на ресепшене, и то не всегда - вам почти всегда протянут гугл переводчик. Линия моря короткая, не глубоко, с каменным дном. Питание однообразное день ко дню, хотя и неплохое.

+ Location.Lovely big room with swim up pool.Nice selection of food and drink.Enjoyed a lovely hammam.Lovely friendly staff

− The very loud music at the pool all day.It was very noisy outside our room at night.The coffee at the coffee bar was luke warm.The relaxation area after the hammam was very chilly

My Ella is on ‘My Hotel’ list for staying in Turgutreis.

+ The hotel offered a good opportunity for a night away while we needed to be in Turgutreis for the evening. This hotel did not disappoint at all with a beautiful reception and foyer area, a stunning outside pool, as well as an indoor pool and gym. The room was fantastic and everywhere was lovely and clean and the beach is immediately outside the pool/garden area. The buffet-style restaurant for the evening meal and breakfast was nicely presented and offered a large selection to suit just about everyone I’m sure. The staff upon checking in were helpful and very friendly during our short stay. To summarise, I would definitely stay here again and the hotel is absolutely excellent value for money.

− For me, there was nothing I didn’t like.

+ There were 2 things I liked about the facility. Firstly, the food is delicious. Secondly, the massage area was nice.

− The rooms are very old. Cleanliness is at medium level. The sea is very bad. Always wavy and mossy. The pool is filthy. The bottom of the pool is full of sand and hair.

+ Niks

− Niks. Hygiëne is ver te zoeken. Kamer die ik heb geboekt was vol ze hebben ons in een andere kamer geplaatst. Terwijl je wel meer moet betalen voor een kamer met uitzicht. Ik ben ook gelijk na eerste dag weggegaan. Strand gaven ze aan, maar was er niet. Dat ze zulke prijzen vragen voor boeken van de kamers, ze mogen zich diep gaan schamen. Ze stemde in met al onze klachten. Vind bijzonder dat mensen hier verblijven.

Disappointed

+ Pool area was nice.

− We were disappointed by the food options, breakfast was reheated food from the night before. The rooms weren't cleaned daily. No gluten free options even though we were advised that they have it.

Everything was really fun

+ Food had alot of variety and it was so delicious!!

− Entertainment activities could be better
