Spacious apartment, close to amenities, perfect location, fully equipped

+ Wonderful hosts, great location in Kos, and fully equipped! We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The hospitality from the landlord and his son, Nikolas, was wonderful. They made us feel so welcome while giving us total independence in a fully self-sufficient flat. Communication was incredibly easy—you can message Nikolas directly via Booking.com, and his father has offices right on the ground floor, which is a great reassurance if any minor issues or questions arise. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and located on a corner right across from the Ministry of Tourism. Also it is very near the seaside. It is perfectly situated close to the seaside, Kos city centre, the castle, and plenty of fantastic local tavernas. The hosts went above and beyond with amenities. They provided an abundance of toilet paper and shower gels in the bathroom drawers—more than enough to last our entire stay. There is also a large bin on the pavement right across Ministry of Tourism, right below the flat, which is incredibly convenient since you can not flush toilet paper in Greece. The kitchen was stocked with thoughtful extras like tea, regular coffee, French filter coffee, olive oil, bin liners, and plenty of mineral water. For added convenience, the flat features two beautiful verandas, a mop, a TV, a hairdryer, an iron, and even a clothes dryer. We highly recommend this place for its perfect balance of comfort, great location, and heartwarming hospitality from the landlord and his son

We had a lovely stay in My Aegean Sea and the host allowed us an early check in which was useful

+ The apartment is very spacious and decorated in old style authentic Greek fashion. The location is excellent, set one street back from the seafront and only a 10 minute walk maximum into the old town

− It should be noted that like many older style Greek accommodation, you cannot flush toilet paper.

Comfortable apartment near city centre

+ Semi-central but very quiet. 10-minute walk from ferries and city centre. Near everything (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, car rentals). Very strong wi-fi. Efficient A/C

− The clothes pegs were dirty and needed to be washed before using them. A few tea bags were left for the guests, but they were either ripped or dirty. The iron was left in a dusty box. There should be a full house deep clean.

+ The apartment was even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. The bathroom was not the same as shown in the pictures—it had been recently renovated and was absolutely beautiful. The apartment had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The location was excellent, just a one-minute walk from the beach and only a five- to six-minute walk to Kos Old Town. Its location, cleanliness, interior design, and decoration all exceeded our expectations. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming. He was attentive to all of our needs, helped us with every issue we had, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kos.
