+ **Na plus:** właściciel i obsługa byli bardzo mili, życzliwi i pomocni. Obsługa nie mówiła jednak po angielsku, dlatego dość często musieliśmy korzystać z tłumacza w telefonie, żeby się porozumieć. Podróżowaliśmy z rocznym synkiem i pod tym względem hotel stanął na wysokości zadania. Właściciel zorganizował dla nas łóżeczko turystyczne, dostępne było również krzesełko do karmienia. Kiedy wyjeżdżaliśmy na całodniową wycieczkę jeszcze przed śniadaniem, przygotowano nam kanapki na drogę, co było bardzo miłym gestem. Dużym atutem jest również lokalizacja - plaża znajduje się bardzo blisko hotelu i jest czysta. Jedzenie oceniamy jako w porządku, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę stosunek jakości do ceny.

− **Na minus:** przede wszystkim bardzo słaby dostęp do Wi-Fi w pokoju. Internet działał na tyle słabo, że praktycznie nie dało się z niego normalnie korzystać. Prysznic nie miał żadnej ścianki ani osłony, przez co podczas kąpieli woda rozlewała się na znaczną część łazienki. Bezpośrednio obok prysznica znajdowała się toaleta, więc było to dość niekomfortowe. Szafa w naszym pokoju była w złym stanie - jej drzwi przesuwały się bardzo ciężko. Ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z rocznym dzieckiem, obawialiśmy się, że mogą być dla niego niebezpieczne, dlatego ostatecznie poprosiliśmy o ich zdjęcie. Przy lodówce znajdowało się również wysunięte ze ściany gniazdko z widocznymi przewodami. Na szczęście mąż sam bez problemu umieścił je z powrotem na miejscu, jednak przy małym dziecku takie elementy zdecydowanie powinny być odpowiednio zabezpieczone. Podsumowując, pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie przede wszystkim ze względu na **bardzo sympatycznego i pomocnego właściciela oraz obsługę, bliskość plaży i dobry stosunek jakości do ceny**. Hotel ma jednak kilka kwestii technicznych, które warto poprawić - szczególnie Wi-Fi oraz stan i bezpieczeństwo wyposażenia pokoi.

+ Das Hotel ist wirklich sympathisch familiär geführt und besonders das Buffet hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt täglich etwas Abwechslung und die Küche kocht nachhaltig sowie authentisch. Der Betreiber ist flexibel und zuvorkommend und spricht zudem deutsch, was die Kommunikation in unserem Fall erleichtert hat. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten überdurchschnittlich bequem und das Housekeeping arbeitet ebenfalls ordentlich. Danke generell an das gesamte Personal für den Service

− Das WLAN war in unserem Zimmer nicht wirklich brauchbar, aber wir waren auch nicht zum Streamen in Urlaub. Dennoch könnte da etwas nachgesorgt werden. Die alkoholischen Getränke (Wein & Bier) sind von 12-22 Uhr inklusive. Vielleicht könnte man das Zeitfenster etwas erweitern oder gibt das in den Konditionen entsprechend an. Das ist ebenfalls kein großer Kritikpunkt, aber Transparenz bei der Buchung wäre da sicherlich empfehlenswert. Wie gesagt, wir haben unseren Besuch dort rundum genossen also liebe Grüße und nochmal Danke für den Service.

+ Kedves fogadtatás. A full ellátásban a reggeli/ebéd és a vacsora tartozott, illetve a víz és üdítők korlátlan fogyasztása. A kínált ételek finomak voltak. Érkezésünkkor volt egy kis probléma , amit nagyon gyorsan és készségesen megoldottak. A tengernél külön volt a hotel vendégeinek fenntartva napozó ágyak és ernyők és körülbelül 2 perc sétára volt. Közel voltak boltok, gyógyszertár így kényelmesen tudtunk venni ajándékokat is. Amikor nem volt kedvünk lemenni a partra a szálloda rendelkezik kis úszómedencével.

− Esetleg nagyobb ágyak jók lennének illetve a fürdőszobára ráférne egy kis renoválás, amúgy minden ok volt.

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel very welcome. The food was fresh and very tasty. We especially appreciated that whenever something ran out, the staff would immediately refill the food containers. There was also a good variety of cold drinks, always kept nicely chilled in the fridge, as well as a coffee machine and tea available. A special mention must go to the hotel owner, who was exceptionally warm and welcoming. He spoke with us throughout our stay and always made sure that everything was okay and that we were enjoying our holiday. This personal attention really made us feel like guests rather than just customers. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Moy Beldibi Hotels and would gladly come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, friendly, and relaxing place for a holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

− Hello, I would like to make a formal complaint about my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide the services and conditions that are advertised. I have been staying here for 4 days, and during this entire time there has not been any yoghurt at breakfast, even though yoghurt is advertised on the hotel’s website. I asked a waiter when yoghurt would be available, even saying that plain Greek yoghurt would be enough. He simply told me that there is a shop across the road and that I could go and buy it myself. The hotel also advertises seafood. I asked whether prawns would be served, and a staff member sarcastically replied that if the hotel served prawns to guests, it would go bankrupt. There are also multiple problems with my room. There are no clothes hangers in the wardrobe. The refrigerator does not work. I reported this to reception, and a staff member came, turned something inside it, said that it “should work,” and left. However, the refrigerator still does not work. The balcony door cannot be properly closed because the handle is broken/loose. As a result, I have effectively had to stay with the balcony door open for four days. The shower is also in a terrible condition. The water cannot be regulated properly — it is either extremely hot or cold. In addition, the shower drain is completely blocked with hair. After just one minute of running water, the shower tray fills up so much that it looks like a small swimming pool. The hygiene is extremely concerning. I personally saw dishes being washed by hand without a sponge or proper cleaning equipment and then wiped with a cloth that looked extremely dirty and as if it had not been changed for a very long time. The food is also very concerning. It does not seem fresh, and it gives the impression that food left over from lunch is simply being served again the next day. The quantities appear smaller and the food does not taste fresh.

Hier wird ein Urlaub in familiärer Atmosphäre in einem kleinen Hotel geboten.

+ Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Da der Besitzer selber aus Deutschland kommt, war eine Kommunikation sehr leicht. Die Atmosphäre war war sehr familiär, da das Hotel nicht so groß ist. Wer keine riesigen Hotels möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Lage mit Nähe zum Strand war sehr gut. Außerdem ist noch zu sagen, dass es etwa in der Mitte zwischen Antalya und Kemer liegt und dadurch alles gut zu erreichen ist.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Jederzeit wieder

+ Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit im Moy Beldibi Hotel. Die Hotelbetreiber sind unglaublich herzlich und lieb. Sie haben uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Jede Idee/Wunsch wurde irgendwie möglich gemacht. Das Essen war sehr gut und der herrliche Strand direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.
