great location in Bangkok
+ Location, location, location - close to the shopping center, easy to get here from the airport for anyone looking for 1-2 days stay in between flights.
− access from the shopping center might be loaded with visitors due to a single small elevator. Not sure it has to do with the hotel rather than with the building managment.

Highly recommend fun space at the heart of the center
+ Such a wonderful and fun hotel, it was filled with pop culture vibes that both adults and children enjoyed, the staff were so great and friendly, we had the best time there, and the location is right in the hear of the center we didnt need to get any rides to malls because we were inside the same platinum pop mall and it also had direct access to Big C market and Central World mall, also the others malls are just walking distance. We only needed a ride to go to Asiatisque for Jurassic World which was about 25 minute drive.
− The rooms were small, the queen loft which had the bunkbed that we got for the kids was soo cute but it was too small, we didnt have space for our luggage and there was no closet only few places to hang around the room, so we had to switch to a bigger suite and asked for an extra, it was much more spaced but unfortunately we had to cancel the bunkbed which my kids were excited about.
