Overall … amazing
+ Almost all
− The air conditioning broke (it was promptly fixed). The flashing LED on the fire alarm broke and was repaired with black tape. That shouldn't happen in a new hotel. Everything else was perfect: the staff in the lounge, on the beach, and in the rooms, the front desk, and the housekeeping.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
+ The hotel itself is beautiful, really lovely design and aesthetic. Our suite was great and very clean. Bed was super comfy. The majority of the staff were great especially the reception staff who went above and beyond. The location is perfect right on the beach and really easy to walk into Kos town.
− The staff in the beach club were a bit slow and not really what I’d expect for a 5* hotel. We frequently had to ask to be served and pay our bills etc and would often just find them stood at the bar chatting. We thought there could be some improvements to some elements of the breakfast as well given this is a 5* hotel. For example the cereal was always stale unfortunately.

Luxury stay
+ Contemporary,design stylish luxury. Perfect beach location. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, cleaning excellent.
− Ala carte restaurant, lovely setting, food could have been better, also more information regarding menus and dining options would be helpful.

Everything we could have asked for and more!
+ The hotel felt safe, it was very clean and they accommodated to everything we could have asked for. We had a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise especially being my partners birthday. The room was stunning! We had our own access to a shared private pool which was intimate and exactly what we were looking for, for our trip. A special shout out to the lady who sits opposite reception and takes care of everything she was incredible!!! (So sorry we cannot remember her name) her husbands friend owns a restaurant in Zia and she kindly got us a reservation there - hopefully this helps with knowing who we are referring to. She wasn’t a receptionist she was the hotel host/concierge and sits on the desk by the reception
