Nightmare Stay

− They ruined my holiday. I booked one suite and they gave me a room which is not even close to what I booked. The breakfast was very limited. So basically what they did I charged me lot's of money for one suite and then give me something else.

+ The property is amazing the staff are so kind and professional.

+ Terrible property, they told us they had given our room away when we arrived to check in but promised we would have it for the following night and they would refund us for one of the nights. We have never received this refund and they ignore my messages. At the time we said okay and stayed in their most basic room. Then when we moved into our room, the guy who had been staying tried entering our room in the middle of the night banging on the door telling us we were in his room. We explained that they must have moved his stuff out without him knowing. These guys are jokers, i heard someone else also complaining about their room being double booked.

Great view, good breakfast, not so clean, good value for money.

+ I liked the view and the breakfast.

− I did not like that the toilets were not so clean and stinky. They did not had roomservice. But overall was a good stay.

Great view, great food. Terrible service, far location, terrible facilities.

+ 1. Weather is great when it’s cloudy. It rained a bit in August though 2. View is exceptional 3. Room is spacious 4. Top tier restaurant & breakfast

− 1. Water is weak and extremely cold at least a couple of hours every day 2. Room service is basically just sweeping. No changed towels, no changed sheets. You have to leave your key to get room service. When we asked for new towels and sheets, we got hand towels instead of the “beach” ones that were already too small to be considered suitable after showers, and the new sheets were stained and had strands of hair. Just like the old ones. 3. Usually nobody is at the reception, so you have to message them on booking 4. We asked when the restaurant closes, they said 10:00 PM. On the first night, we went at 9:30 PM and it was closed. I sent them a message asking if we can order delivery since the place isn’t safe to walk at night and delivery apps required a Turkish phone number, they didn’t reply. We starved till the morning. When I saw them in the morning they just said that they closed at 9:00 and that no delivery reaches the hotel. Didn’t even bother to apologize. 5. The jacuzzi takes forever to get filled, and it’s not super comfortable 6. We sent them a night before our checkout that we will have to leave early at (4:15 AM) and we need someone to be available to receive the key. No reply till morning. We had to leave without personally handing in our key and had to leave it at the door. We sent a message to confirm what we did. 2 days, no reply till now. 7. If you plan to go on group trips, they will refuse to pick you up from the hotel since it’s far. You will have to go to Trabzon Meydan which is around 25 mins from the hotel. 8. No safe in the room for valuable items 9. We killed at least 3 different insects inside the room
