Please note that all guests and visitors are required to register at the Front Desk. We only accept ORIGINAL PHYSICAL valid Qatar IDs, GCC IDs, or original physical passports for check-in and visiting guests. Kindly be informed that, in addition to the room charges, a deposit of 500 QAR per room will be taken upon arrival for incidental charges. The deposit can be provided by cash or pre-authorization on your credit card. In case of cash deposit it will be refunded upon check-out if there are no charges and in case of pre-authorization it may take up-to 25 business dates for cancelation of pre-authorization. Mondrian Doha retains the right to exclude items that are considered inappropriate due to size, safety, or security concerns. Items such as shisha, speakers, wax candles, knives, hotplates, gas cylinders, bakhoor, grasses, charcoal, outside decorations, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

− 1. No refilling of conditioners and shampoos when we arrived the conditioners container was completely empty!. It is important that the staff responsible pays genuine attention of these small issues as they are so annoying and ruins the overall experience for the guests. 2. The Prayer room on the mezzanine floor must have an ablution room along with it.

+ Staff were amazing. Very helpful. Location was great, 40 second walk to lagoona mall, 5/10 min walk to the pearl. Very good location, staff were great.

Definitely worth a second visit!
+ Everything. The location was very central, breakfast had all options covered and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
− Service around the pool was pretty poor. If this had been better I would have rated 10/10.
