If you want a nice hotel with all the amenities look elsewhere. If you need a place to lay your head, it works.
+ It was an ok place to sleep, and rest between outings.
− Nothing at the property matched the pictures online. Everything was worn or poorly maintained. Mostly little things like the hand held sprayer in the shower was broken so it was held up by tape so you couldn’t use it unless you were holding it. The pool on the roof was dirty, and the breakfast (also on the roof) where Burt’s were flying over and eating the food.

Doesn't justify the name Modern living
+ The location to a fact that it's right in front of the beach and many things downstairs like bar and restaurant, supermarket.
− The other areas of the hotel were not the same as they showed on booking.com. Breakfast area was like felt under renovation. The pool was small. Overall a short stay recommend place. Not much to do in the hotel. Had no spa, no wellness center as shown in the photos

− The bathroom is a disaster. The shower doesn't work properly. The furniture is old. It doesn't deserve nearly as many stars as it has.

We enjoyed our stay because it was so close to the beach.
+ It had a balcony you could look out into the street and see the people walking
− Other than the sauna the amenities were terrible the pool could probably fit three people and the workout room was a joke, this definitely needs an upgrade
