Great base to explore Jerewan

I highly enjoyed my three night stay at Anahit's apartment in Jerewan. She was kind enough to welcome me in person and briefly show me the place. I liked the location in a residential district not too far from the center where you can get to by walking along the beautiful fountains of Vardanian's Park to Republic Square. Right downstairs are two supermarkets that offer a good choice for a few days. For me, the highlight of the apartment was the balcony where I loved to take my breakfast in the morning sun, admiring the stunning the view from the balcony across the city and to Ararat. Communication with Anahit was very easy and she was very supportive. I highly appreciate she helped me to arrange a taxi to the airport when the airport bus was running late. Overall, I would say this is a very nice base for an independent traveller to explore Jerewan, giving you a very local feel.

A small thing, but a little bit of decoration like a couple of pictures on the walls could help to make the place even more enjoyable.

Good flat friendly hosts and nice location :)

Friendly and communicative host, helped us with some questions we had. Also, our flight was very late at night, the host waited for us patiently at airport while we were done with the passport control and drove us to the accommodation.
Flat has kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and AC. Also, it is very convenient that supermarket and pharmacy are in front of the building.

Bathroom gets flooded after every shower. Also, there is an electricity outlet in the shower, which has a plastic cover and we did not have a problem, but it is not so convenient.

-A very friendly host who was quick to respond and always receptive to feedback! We had some very pleasant conversations. The host also prepared a welcome gift for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you so much!
-The location for picking up and returning the keys was safe and easy to find.
-The apartment was clean and tidy, and all the appliances and other facilities were in good working condition.
-I was extremely satisfied with the location of the property! It is in a safe and convenient neighborhood with everything you could need nearby, including plenty of supermarkets and cafés. It is also close to one of Yerevan’s important landmarks, Freedom Square. The elevator requires a key card to access, which provides an added sense of security. The neighbors we met in the building were all very friendly and polite. I think this residential neighborhood is one of the best choices for experiencing local life in Yerevan!

Однозначно рекомендую этот вариант проживания как на 1-2 дня, так и на длительный срок.

Очень гостеприимные хозяева! Отличное расположение квартиры. Большая двуспальная кровать. В гостиной раздвижной стол и 4 стула, ещё и 2 маленьких столика, очень удобно. Большое кухонное пространство, плита с 3 газовыми и 1 электрической конфоркой. Много столовых приборов, правда, не очень удобных, и не хватает некоторых кухонных принадлежностей - мисок, розеток, блюдец. Большой холодильник. Лоджия с видом на Арарат. Прекрасно работающий кондиционер, но тёплый воздух он выдаёт на лоджию, там парилка.

Кровать жестковата, но это дело вкуса. В маленькой душевой кабинке трудно помыться, чтобы не протекло наружу. Довольно древняя сковородка, при готовке к ней прикипает. Некоторую посуду пришлось перемывать. В комнате нет плотной шторы, ночью и утром слишком светло, когда спишь. На кухне мало света, особенно над зоной плиты и раковины. Смесители очень старые.

Property was cleen.The elevator work properly.Ambient was relativly quiet.

The bath room has critical flaw.There was electrical socket in shower area.It is mean that electrical safety is bad.
After shower there are many water on the floor.Toilet tank produce not enough water.

Всё соответствует фоткам и описанию: чистота, просторный балкон, шикарный вид. Хозяева - очень приветливая и позитивная семья, всё показали и рассказали. Магазины в избытке: два на первом этаже, ещё один в двух шагах. Совсем рядом аж три парка, в т.ч. 2800-летия Еревана с целым комплексом фонтанов.

Нет ТВ, но с таким видом из окна и развлечениями поблизости это скорее плюс

Хорошая квартира для комфортного проживания. Самое классное это вид с балкона на Арарат.

Отличное расположение,близко до Площади Республики,прогуляться через красивый парк и фонтаны,с балкона видно горы в хорошую погоду

Душевая течёт со всех щелей,прямо в стене душевой розетка для стиральной машины...Слив в полу не работал совсем,постоянно собирали воду тряпками и ходили всё равно с мокрыми ногами.Сообщили об этом на утро после заезда,исправлять при нас не стали,сказали потом,так как хозяйка не в стране.Матрас на кровати ужасно жёсткий с выпирающими пружинами,спали как на досках.Зажигалка для газа есть,но она не работает))купили и поджигали своей,нет ни одной доски,чтоб порезать продукты,зеркало в ванной повидавшее виды-всё скреплено клеем.
Просили не рассказывать в отзыве,но если б я знала о реальном состоянии,мы бы точно выбрали другую квартиру!Подруга упрашивала после первой ночи переселиться.
Плюс с заселением тоже было непросто,заранее номер для связи с мужем хозяйки мне не дали,я предупредила,что в 21 час буду у дома,приехали,а никого нет,номер квартиры не знали,связи нет,спас только знакомый,который смог дозвониться до заселяющей стороны.
Надеюсь все недостатки действительно устранены и другим жильцам повезёт больше.Не в первый раз прилетаю в эту прекрасную страну,а вот с жильём впервые такие негативные впечатления.

Very Good

The location is very good (close to the Republic Square), and the host is responsive. The apartment is spacious and has all what you need.
−
What is a bit inconvenient is the key collection. Unfortunately, you cannot have an independent/self check-in entry - you have to agree to meet with the host to get the key and also when you leave, you have to meet the host and give him the key. That makes it a bit less flexible.
