Exceptional
+ Everyone from the staff brought me a cake and congratulated me on my birthday which was so incredibly kind and thoughtful! I was travelling solo and that made my day. Massive thank you to Muhammad who was exceptionally wonderful and the young man from the front desk who is going to be studying in Estonia soon, they were both incredibly helpful during my stay! Room was beautifully kept and comfortable.

+ Everything was perfect about this hotel. Rooms are very nice, clean, spacious and quiet. The hotel is modern and staff is friendly. Breakfast was also good with many options. Would stay again.

− Only their location in Yandex since they hace 2 Hotels with same name it confuse when booking so it hassle us for 2 times until they told us not to put Hotel when booking but only Mirzo.
