+ 5 minutes by walk to BanglaRoad and very near to a lot of shops, restaurants, massages centres and so on. Enough clean and quiet.

It’s ok to stay for 1-2 nights and explore night life and then move further to the island.
+ Very close to Phuket Smart Bus stop and Patong beach/ Bangla/ Jungceylon. Cleaning lady was super helpful!
− No place for socializing, a very steep staircase, was hard to bring up my luggage.

Good place to stay for solo travelers
+ If you don't expect great comfort, I think it's a good value for money. The bed was large and the air conditioning worked well. Price/performance ratio ist moderate.
− The room was pleasant in a small building, but the lack of staff at check-in was a drawback. If you want to communicate, you have to email and wait a day. When I had a dispute and tried to contact Booking.com, they also responded a day later. If you want a quiet room, let them know in advance, otherwise you might end up like me, staying on the ground floor and being exposed to street noise.

− Just the lift, it was very hard to take luggage to 5th floor by stairs and stair case was not even that wide, would have been rate 10/10 if they had lift.

+ The location was great, right in the center of everything. Very close to Bangla Road on one side and the night market on the other. The staff were friendly, and there is a 7-Eleven nearby, a shopping mall, and a laundry service just a few minutes from the accommodation
− The accommodation could have been cleaner (the walls had some stains, the chair wasn’t fully cleaned, and the curtains had marks. There was also a slight smell of dampness in the room. A small drawback is that there is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow, which makes it difficult to pass with a suitcase. Hand soap was also missing.) Additionally, due to the top location, some guests might find it a downside that access by taxi can be more difficult, as you need to go through a very busy area that is always crowded — but this is simply because the location is really excellent.

+ Property was in a good location , with basic room
− When i arrived i wasn’t made aware i would be having to pay at the property when i thought we had previously paid on booking.com. We were shoved on the phone with a woman demanding i paid however i was under the influence i already had. Since that we didn’t see any staff.

all you get is a room
+ closest place to beach and bangla road you can rent for this price and the bed was comfy
− it would take pages to tell how awful was the check-in and payment process but in short the lady responsible for all ruined all the good sides of the place. it isn't a hotel I'm aware but the room gives you a great bed, nothing else. no welcome water, no kettle, no soap..the stairs are disturbing for climbing with luggage.
