A clean and comfortable hotel with good value for money!
+ Breakfast was tasty good and clean, influenced by Russian style as expected, good time until 10am. Hotel is in a quiet resident neighborhood away from big streets, enjoyed the trees in the neighborhood.
− There is a child-care center 2 properties down. From late morning onwards you may hear children laughing. For me that was no problem as I did not hear much of that in my room.

Excellent
+ Very clean and comfortable room in a quiet residential neighborhood. The courtyard was pretty, breakfast good and staff was friendly. Restaurants and coffeeshop are not too far away, but for the better ones you need to go further out. Only 15 minutes from the airport by Yandex.
− It's about a 20 minute walk to the closest metro station. It's mostly a pretty walk, so that's ok, if you only need to get there once a day. Ofcourse Yandex is also an option.
