− I booked a twin room with two beds for myself and my 15 year old son as he wouldn’t want to share a bed with his mam. On arrival I was told my room had a king size bed and that’s all that was available.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with comfortable, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping
+ The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel.
− The only issue I experienced was that the room did not have towels or a bathrobe when I checked in. I understood that they were not ready at the time, and the staff informed me they would bring them later. Unfortunately, they were never delivered, and I had to call the following morning to request them again. While the staff were polite, I believe they could improve their attention to guest requests and follow through on their commitments.

+ Excellent facilities. Pool is very well maintained. Staff are very helpful. All the entertainment facilities are good.
