+ Великолепное расположение, рядом супермаркет Ереван- Сити. Кафе в шаговой доступности. Все, что надо в квартире есть. Майкл очень отзывчивый хозяин. Арарат видно, если обойти дом)

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location..

+ We had a great stay at this accommodation. The host, Mr. Mike, was kind and accommodating, which made our experience even more pleasant. The location is excellent—close to a supermarket and within walking distance to Republic Square, making it very convenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-located place, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The host is rude, the flat is filthy, the toilet has water supply issues, there was no cold water

− The pictures don’t show the reality. The cups were dirty with stains , mirrors had stains. The bathroom, bed sheets and sink had numerous human hair The bed had bugs The host wasn’t taking any criticism and made me pay for the 1st night we stayed in although we had to desinfecr the armchairs to sleep there due to the insects and hair on the bed. We booked the flat for 7 days but had to run away the next morning due to poor conditions . The toilet was not working at all and there was no water supply and the next day the host sent a guy who switched that on together with the cold water which we didn’t have earlier . Things like that should be smooth and shouldn’t be an issue at all. Mike( the host )was arguing with me over the phone, was trying to gaslight me stating “ what do you expect for this money” furthermore when his guy fixed the water and toilet he started interrogating me on the phone saying our call was recorded and our dialogue was like : is your toilet working ? Yes or no? Is there a cold water now ? Yes or no? It was very unprofessional and unfriendly . Given the horrific conditions, terrible attitude and discomfort I shouldn’t have paid anything at all but I just wanted to get out of that disastrous place and toxicity as soon as possible so I paid for 1 night. Total nightmare

+ Уютная квартира, рядом большой супермаркет, до площади республики примерно 15 минут идти, все рядом. Из окна красивый вид на Ереван. Хозяин квартиры дружелюбный, все было чистое. Есть лифт

+ We had a great stay at Mike's apartment. It's in a fantastic location near Republic Square, very clean, and well-equipped. Mike himself is a wonderful and kind host. Highly recommended

+ Суперская локация! Квартира очень просторная, много свободного места для вещей, чтобы комфортно расположиться. Есть гладильная доска, утюг, сушилка для белья, в ванной разные шампуни, гели для душа, а ещё стиралка с порошком! Под домом ресторан с армянской кухней, в пешей доступности торговый центр с большим продуктовым и фуд-кортом, небольшой рынок с местными овощами, фруктами, ягодами. Прямо во дворе стоит красивущий питьевой фонтанчик. Есть лифт, так что чемоданы не приходится таскать.

+ Perfect location, all amenities present, clean and well taken cared of apartment. Attentive and respectful staff.

+ Mike is a great guy, the apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, equipped with every imaginable utensil and home-y item and is located practically in the very heart of the city. The view from the window is magnificent.
