Perfect location, helpful staff- highly recommended if you are looking to get up and about.

Perfect location- walking distance to Galataport, access to tram, metro and ferries. Easy to get to most places without having to haggle with taxi’s. Staff were very good, esp the concierge Yusuf and the desk - Barack.

We started off in the Privacy suite which is very spacious but a bit dark. Great for young couples or honeymooners as it is really “private”- but didn’t work for us as a 60yrs couple keen to see the Bosphorus and sunlight. Luckily- the concierge managed to move is to the Bosphorus facing room after a few days.

I have been coming back to this hotel year after year, and there are many reasons why I continue to choose it. The location is excellent, the hotel is always very clean, and the overall comfort and quality make every stay enjoyable.
However, what truly makes the biggest difference for me is the outstanding customer service.
A very special thank you to Ferat, who is one of the main reasons I look forward to returning every year. He is always incredibly attentive, helpful and genuinely caring. Whenever I visit, he makes sure everything is taken care of and always goes the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm and sincere approach makes you feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply being another hotel guest.
I would also like to give a special mention to Burak, who is always extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Both Ferat and Burak have such a genuine and personal approach to their guests, and over the years this has made us feel very much at home.
A beautiful location, excellent cleanliness and great comfort are all important, but it is the people and the level of service that keep us coming back every year.
Thank you once again to Ferat, Burak and the whole team. We always leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel could definitely be one of my top choices for my next trip.

What I liked most about the hotel was its cleanliness, the excellent attitude of the staff, and their cooperation and dedication to ensuring guests’ comfort. In addition, the accommodation rates were very reasonable.

The room size was smaller than expected. In addition, the music from the restaurant on the seventh floor was quite noticeable and affected the comfort of the stay.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Istanbul.

Absolutely everything! ❤️ Our stay was wonderful from the very beginning until the last moment. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean, but what impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. We truly felt like we were at home.
This is honestly the best value for money in Istanbul. I have visited Istanbul three times, and without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have stayed at so far. I would happily choose it again.
A special thank you to all the staff at the bar on the 7th floor. Our last evening there was absolutely perfect, with amazing service, a beautiful atmosphere and a wonderful sea view. 🌊❤️ I will have such beautiful memories of that evening.
We left the hotel with nothing but beautiful memories. I have already recommended this hotel to several people and I will definitely recommend it to many more. A well-deserved 10/10!
