Procurem outros hoteis paa se hospedarem!

+ Pequeno almoco requintado e no terrano, estava bom.

− A recepcao! Logo a chegada do check-in, eu fui confrontada com o cancelamento da reserva. Disseram-me que havia sido enviada uma mensagem pela booking, onde informava que a reserva estava cancelada porque nao correspondia com o valor cobrado pelo hotel. Ora, a Booking como empresa, tem disponibilizado varios precos e deixa ao criterio do consumidor escolher onde quer e vai se hospedar. Estranhamente, foi a mesma booking que confirmou a reserva e faltando horas para se hospedar, a mesma informa sobre o cancelamento. Nao sei se fazem ideia do constragimento que causa/causaram uma vez que eu tinha tudo planificado, desde os valor a pagar e a gestao do tempo para o programa planificado para a visita a cidade?! Depois percebi que era um jogo sujo entre a booking e o gestor do hotel. Nao foi a primeira vez que aconteceu, li depois que ja havia acontecido o mesmo, com outros clientes, e a booking continua a manter este hotel como um dos seus parceiros, mesmo sabendo que lezam aos clentes em psico e financeiramente. O hotel, o gestor, nao passa de um 'bandido' que estorque aos clientes. o cliente paga o nao acordado dado o falta de tempo e espaco para procurar um outro lugar a se hospedar. Ha muita bandidagem, quer da booking quer do gestor do hotel. Lamento profundamente

+ Great breakfast, friendly and hospitable staff, convenient location, especially if getting Haviste airport shuttle. Value for money

− Rooms were quite small but fine for a single traveler. Some nights, were a little noisy with loud talking, but this can’t be helped.

Great location, service and buffet !

+ It was amazing stay in the heart of Istambul. The hotel exceeded my expectations. No way ?! Yes, the breakfast is served as a buffet and it's great ! The cleaning makes every day. Personal are very kindly, friendly, helpful and sociable. This hotel definitely costs it money and I will be realy glad to come back here again. Thank you very much for everything ! ))

+ The location is excellent, close to Sultanahmet , the shopping street in Fatih, the metro station, and bus station

− The room was tiny, I can easily hear ppl coming down and up the stairs, I got up every morning on the sound furniture moving and ppl moving between the floors. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned as well

Didn't have my room available

+ The rooms have mini fridges in them which was helpful. The breakfast was decent, and it was only ~25min walk to things like the Bazaar, the big museums, the Blue Mosque, etc.

− When we arrived, they told us that they had overbooked the hotel and did not have an available room for us. Luckily, they had a sister hotel around the corner that they set us up in for the night, but upon checking back in with our booked hotel the next day, they did not have the type of room I booked available. I booked for two separate beds, but we only got a tiny room with one double bed, from which we could hear pigeons cooing incessantly at all hours of the day. One of the bottles of water provided was already opened and partially used, and there were hairs and things on the sheets that made us question the cleanliness. We also discovered when we accidentally went to the wrong room (our number on a different floor) that our hotel key unlocks more doors than just our own. Upon this discovery, we attempted to deadbolt our door at night, only to find that the lock in the room didn't work. This left us feeling like our rooms were not very secure. We didn't get much sleep because the aircon had the room near freezing, but there may have been a way to control that which we couldn't see. Also, the whole floor smelled like a cigarette, but I understand that might just be due to the age of the building and prevalence of smoking in that area. Honestly at one point I considered booking a new hotel for the remainder of my time in Istanbul, which I have never done before. I definitely won't be returning here.

+ In the morning dropped my luggage. Room was not ready. Normal. Came back in the evening - no room for me any more. They placed me in another hotel nearby which was bad.

− I had no opportunity to stay in this hotel so I can't answer the question.

− Our friends also booked a stay with us at this hotel but when they arrived they said that they don't have any rooms left. They helped them to find another hotel but when you have a reservation the hotel should keep your room at least until the check in is closed.
