amazing staff, bad owners decisions around pricing and food

− room size is so small. after placing baby cot next to the bed, there are 4 sqm available for walking and standing. room rate was so high (300 azm/night) but the hotel is not value for money. bathroom has no single handler even for soap, no glass to put your items, everything just lays on the sink surface. 4 hangers only for 2 adults. absolutely disaster is the breakfast. once there were sausages. every day they served salad, semolina porridge and eggs (boiled/fried). ham was not tasty, no variety at all. Luckily chef made pancakes for my daughter and she enjoyed that.

Worst hotel if any wants to burn his money they should book it

− The hotel and rooms were super stinky and there was no room service. I have to request them 1000 times for water still they did not send and had to go myself and get my own water

+ Overall, both the location and the room size were good. Easy access to metro and the park. The swimming pool size was good as well.

+ I had a really lovely experience at the hotel, and I especially want to mention Muhammad and Aliza. Muhammad was incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful, and Aliza was also very friendly and always willing to help. There was sometimes a bit of a language barrier when communicating, but honestly, that didn’t take away from how amazing and kind they both were. They were patient, welcoming, and always did their best to help me. A big thank you to both of them for their wonderful hospitality they are a real credit to the hotel
