+ These suites are in a fabulous location. A few minutes walk & your in Meyden Square. My one bedroom apartment was spacious. Night staff was helpful when I needed a taxi to the airport and much more friendly than the other staff

− The apartment had clearly not been cleaned properly. I’m not particularly fussy about how modern apartment is but cleanliness is my number one priority. Here in the bathroom dirty greasy cups in the cupboard and a dirty wet towel in the bathroom cupboard as well as someone’s old chicken in the freezer.😬 Staff for not particularly friendly. The afternoon staff who checked me in was not helpful or friendly initially just telling me he did not speak English. We eventually used Google translate my doing. when I asked for toilet roll replacement one evening it never came. I finally got it on the following day when I asked again. Very little was provided which is unusual. No Tea no washing machine detergent no cooking oil salt pepper etc. I expected better due to all the wonderful reviews. I’m usually not at odds with review so I was quite shocked.

Great location but its price is high for this kind of facility

+ Its 1-2 mints near the meydan by walk, having otopark as well, apartment was super clean, kitchen fully equipped, it was comfortable.

+ The hotel’s location is perfect, and it provides guests with a high level of privacy.

+ It is an amazing place to stay when you are in Trabzon. Location is so close to meydan and to seaside. Staff especially Manar was so helpful. The tours i booked through them were also great. The safety of the building. Also the facilities you feel home away from home.

+ The location is great, the apartment is a good size

− The place was not very clear. The floor had not been moped, there was lots of hair, dust, coffee stains. The toilet was very dirty (urine on the toilet seat and under it) The kitchen does not have any soap, sponges or towels to do the dishes. The wall are so thin that we could hear everything and it seems like everyone in the building didn't care about their neighbors The photos of the place we booked were also completely different from what we booked. It was quite disappointing.
