Very nice stay. Location, service, comfort—A+
+ The Old Town location was very good, Old town on one side, a short walk to the Caspian Sea. Breakfasts were terrific, up on the top floor. Our room had a balcony. We sat out there sipping pomegranate wine.
− It is about a block up from where the Bolt taxi could drop us off. The doorman carried our bags back down when we departed. We didn’t have a problem taking our own bags there or back, however.

New modern hotel, great staff, perfect location.
+ Everything is new and modern. Rooms are not made cheap - lights, closets, big shower etc. Lots of space to store your stuff. We enjoyed the roof top terrace views during the breakfast.
− Sound insulation in the rooms. We could hear door slamming in other floors. Could clearly hear neighbors speaking next door. The same breakfast combo every day.

Excellent
+ Superb location, delicious breakfast, comfy room, helpful friendly staff
− Digital light switches that emit light during the night + curtains that don’t fully block the morning light. Rooms on ground level are just next to reception and in the way to the elevator, you will hear reception phone ring or people walk by.

Good value for money
+ Loved that it was close proximity to the places we wanted to go to.
− We were given a room on the lobby floor which meant that activity in the lobby can be heard in our room such as banging of door whenever someone comes in or out the main door or the front desk’s phone ringing. Realized this only on our first night and I just couldn’t be bothered to ask to transfer as we’re only staying here for 2 nights. Anyway some earplugs helped, so it wasn’t a very big issue for us but might be for others.
