+ Location is good. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Family oriented hotel, day and night managers very good along with working staff.
− A/C unit controlled at remote location, a serious no, no for northern American visitors. Stairs from roadside to hotel entrance may be inconvenient for seniors and/or people with knees issues.

We spent four nights there and were very satisfied. It's truly excellent for its price range.
+ The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The T1 tram stop is very close to the accommodation (trams run frequently but are often crowded). Two metro stations (M2 line) are less than a 10-minute walk away. There are places to eat and several small shops nearby. The neighborhood consists of large houses, so it’s busy, and there’s a major thoroughfare nearby, but the hotel itself opens onto a quiet side street. We booked a twin room and were given a room with a double bed and a single bed, so we had no complaints about that either. The beds were comfortable. The window was adequately soundproofed, though of course some noise and the sound of the muezzin could be heard. The air conditioning was centrally controlled to some extent, but the maximum temperature and fan speed could be adjusted from inside the room, as well as turning it on and off. The bathroom was clean and modern. The closet had few shelves and plenty of hangers, as well as a small safe (which was locked, but since we didn’t need it, we didn’t have it opened). There was a small refrigerator in the room where, for example, we could store the two 0.5-liter bottles of mineral water that were carefully restocked every day. There was a kettle, tea, and coffee. A pair of disposable slippers was waiting for us upon arrival. The breakfast selection offered good value for the price. There was a relatively limited variety of cheese and cold cuts, and the selection didn’t change much, but there was also a some three types of hot dishes (including scrambled eggs, sausages, hard-boiled eggs, frencs fries and local specialties), several types of bread, a variety of small pastries, salads; seeds, etc., for muesli, milk and hot beverages. There were also fruits (grape, watermelon, cantaloupe). The two types of fruit juice were too sweet for our taste. The dining room is on the top floor, with a view of the surrounding area; you can even see the sea on one side.
− Just a few minor issues, some of which I've already mentioned. Because of the bathroom's size, the door couldn't be opened because it bumped against the sink, and the window latch was a little hard to operate.

− Would be nice to have some labels on the different types of food served to breakfast. As a foreigner I would have liked to know exactly what type of turkish dish I was eating.
