Decent hotel, friendly staff
+ Stayed here before and after my Mestia trek. Location is convenient enough to walk to all the major tourist attractions. Hotel helped store my luggage. The owner is also the receptionist and was also very friendly :)
− Try to ask for rooms that's facing the square instead. If you get the room facing the courtyard, the next door restaurant (club?) will be partying the entire morning until 6am so just take note. (I stayed on a Saturday night, but not sure about weekdays)

Good hotel in the centre of Batumi
+ The location of this hotel is amazing, right in the centre of Batumi, a few minutes away from the embankment and the art museum. The hotel is clean and well-kept. Our room was also clean and pretty quiet, given that it is very noisy everywhere in Batumi.

− A bit of a weird thing that we had to leave the key on the front desk when exiting the room, but it didn't bother us too much

− Some rooms face a lively street with a night club nearby. So during the summer nights it may get a bit noisy

Sure value for the money
+ The location is great.. between the old city and the beach .. the place is calm and not that buzz around though it is 5-10 minutes walking from all cites you want to see ... Johnny was a nice host who did not hesitate to help when needed.. The room is spacious and clean, and service is given daily or when asked.
− A kettle would be great in the room and a safety box though it is safe and secure .
