− I booked the room for about a month before the arrival with Genius reduction. Unfortunately the manager of the hotel has contacted me and said that they didn't have free rooms. It was already less than 24 hours, I booked airplane tickets and transfer to the hotel. Had to cancel the reservation, and lost my free transfer too.

We did not stay there because there was no room for us , even is there was one we wouldn’t

− Everything was awful , old and in extremely bad condition ( nothing matches the condition that is on photos Moreover owner asked me to cancel the booking 10 hours before we arrived He said there was a water problem and rooms were flooded , however I saw nothing at the place when I arrived

+ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The girl at the reception was very kind and lovely, and she made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was also excellent and very generous. The woman who prepared the food was especially warm and friendly, which made the experience even nicer. I was completely satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I would not advise staying for longer than one night.

+ Location is very good for the price. Rooms are well air conditioned. Breakfast was satisfactory, but not to my taste.

− Pictures do not accurately represent rooms, though I think each room is different so this would be hard to resolve. I booked a double room and was provided a spacious twin room. There was no internet access in the room. I asked three times for this to be resolved. On the third time I was told there was nothing they could do I asked for a refund for the two nights I still had left to stay. I was only offered a refund for one night and told I needed to stay in the twin room the other. Another couple came to check in, and refused to stay in their room. I was then offered this room. The second room had a large double bed with a tired and uncomfortable mattress. And a wet room with a toilet and shower which would not dry. It was an uncomfortable stay. .

− O the picture it looks fine, but in reallity not so much the lack of facilities, the contant construction noise from neighbouring building wardrobe, shower was not separated from the bathroom room itsefl, the water was getting collected on the ground, too expensive (35000 drams per night) considering all of this poor noise isolation

The neighborhood is nice, the staffs are friendly and the hotel was so clean
