− I found a cokeoach in my room but i think it s normal considering the building it s not new. The mattress is a bit hard.

Perfect place in Pattaya if you re on a budget and need a place to stay close range to snything Pattaya has to offer
+ It is strategically positioned Close to the beach, close to many restaurants, maybe too close to nightclubs The staff is the real best card of this small hotel, they are super welcoming and very helpful, speak perfect english
− I wasn’t happy about the location in the middle of nightclubs, but at my request the staff accommodated me in a back facing room which was very silent The hotel would need a strong renovation but then the price wouldn’t be as low

Great hotel in the heart of Pattaya!
+ The hotel room was spacious and clean, you are able to ask for room service whenever you leave, so you can fit it in your day's schedule perfectly. For a Deluxe King Room, I would say shower was a little too small, but that was not a big problem. Great balcony where you can see the entire lively street. Even during Songkran the noise does not break through the walls and windows, making your sleep comfortable. Location is perfect, close vicinity to all busy streets you will want to check out during your visit in Pattaya.

Everything was good but noise
+ It's a very centrally located facility. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The room was also clean.
− When I checked in, the room I was given was on the ground floor and extremely noisy due to the bars downstairs. Thankfully, the gentleman at reception was understanding and gave me a quieter room on the top floor. However, there was a lot of noise coming from the buildings at the back of the hotel early in the morning.
