− 5-star hotel, but definitely not 5-star drinks

decent family resort - ideal for very young children

+ This is a very decent resort. Do not expect anything premium or luxury but you'll get all your needs met. Staff: excellent, everyone has been friendly and helpful, we did not encounter anyone rude or disinterested. some staff is clearly inexperienced which sometimes led to confusion or required us to remind them about the orders but all was immediately solved. The check-in process at the reception was the fastest I have ever seen - I travel a lot for business and I rarely get this kind of service in business hotels. Food: excellent quality, choice (meat, fish, vegetarian), fresh fruit. The restaurant could get busy during evening hours in high season but it's not like you needed to queue for a long time for food. Staff at the restaurant were exceptional. Alcohol: no surprises here, you don't come to this hotel for fine cocktails. Local red wine and beer were fine though so it was ok for us Beach and the sea: this is one of the main advantages of this hotel: the beach is clean, spacious, there is always space there, no battle for sunbeds. the sea was superb as well. If it was not for the children, we would have spent most time there Pools and aquapark: water slides were great, there were three lifeguards on duty so I can't imagine anything could happen to children there, it's abslutely safe to let them use the slides on their own. There are also 6 pools for children aged 1-4. Rooms: we had a two-bedroom room and were quite satisfied with everything. the room did not look dated, everything was working properly

− Water in the pools in August was just way too warm to our liking, unpleasant to swim in such water and it's a breeding ground for germs. The "relax pool" was also not properly cleaned sometimes - I found a bottle and hair floating around once. It's also rather small. So if you can skip the pools and go to the beach. you can hear a rather loud discotheque from the neighboring hotel in some parts of the resort but I suppose it's something you can't avoid in Turkey. with the windows shut it was all ok. Other tourists smoking at the pool - disgusting! We'd prefer to have designated areas for smokers at the pool like they do in a café. but overall these nuisances did not spoil our holiday in a major way

+ Rooms are quite big and clean. All inclusive with various delicious food and drink options. All the facilities are very convenient to reach. Especially very ideal for families with children. Reception staff are very professional and helpful.

+ The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The garden is well-kept, clean and lovely. The main restaurant is bright, clean and tidy. It’s great that the coffee varieties are made from whole beans. The food is fresh every day and the salad leaves are crisp. There isn’t a huge variety of dishes, but there’s enough. The waiters are helpful and polite.

− The rooms have low ceilings. The furniture and lighting are basic. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. There is no shampoo or soap in the spa. The spa staff are not at all friendly. There isn’t a wide variety of food. The cheeses at breakfast are not of good quality. The entertainment team, particularly those leading sports activities, are not professional. Entertainment is provided by external groups. The activity area is small and inadequate.

+ Food was good. About beverage same as well. Room was comphort and was clean. Pools are clean.we enjoyed by pool. Gym should be more good.gym was dirty and was old equipments.and also there is no towel for the gym.. We should bring from room.no music. No one response gym.hotel deserve better gym

Lovely stay but not good food

+ Large space, great service. Pools are lovely, especially water slides. Lots of free ice cream everyone loved

− Did not like the food. Only the snack bar burgers were decent.

Stay was ok

+ Good facilities. Staff are very friendly. Good variety of foods. Entertainment was very good.

− Main entrance to hotel needs updating. Looks very dated. Entrance of property has galvanised frame entrance, and foyer looks old in comparison to rest of hotel. Majority of staff mostly speak Russian and Turkish. Only a few spoke English. Had to use phone to interpret. Nurse could not speak English either. Had to use phone again for interpreting health issue. The sofa beds in villa Appartments are unfit for use. Not at all comfortable. These need to updated and made comfortable. My main concern was that the FUN FAIR rides are not inclusive in the package. You have to per ride. Thought this was VERY expensive when I converted to pounds. This is unfair on parents as this is costly. These rides are run by a private company. Also popcorn is not included in the package either. The hotel has these dotted around. Again this is run by a private company. Feel this is unfair and should be mentioned in the brochure!.

+ Nice family-oriented all-inclusive hotel in a good location and good facilities. Friendly and helping staff. Good food. Interesting design and architecture.

− Rockets for tennis were of very poor quality (almost impossible to play normally), and, at the same time, hotel was charging for them 10 euro.. The hotel's beach is separate from the hotel itself and a little bit far (15 min walk), but there are regular shuttles to it.
