Very Good
+ Excellent location. Right in the center. Close to the old town and a beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Tram station around the corner. Perfect for tours as they pick up beside the hotel. Excellent WiFi and AC. Comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful

Very fine
+ Good communication with the staff, rooms were very nice and clean.
− It's a shame there wasn't a kettle nor a chair in a room. Shower with no curtains and water was splashing all over the bathroom.

It's ok.
+ Location
− The lobby area was not that good to relax or to sit around. There was no drinking water provided. Not in the room, nor outside.

Family Stop-over
+ Stayed here for a couple of nights as a family of 4, including 2 toddlers. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed during our staff. Would recommend and stay here again as great value for money
− Front of hotel looked a bit tired, and the communal area was a bit random
