+ The beds were comfortable.
− Our experience with the hotel was extremely bad. The air conditioning unit was not working, the water was getting clogged in the shower area, and when you flush the toilet water was coming out of the sink. We also asked the staff to come have a look and she did nothing.

A home away from home! We will stay here again.
+ The location was perfect for this visit. It was walking distance to the Metro, to Fabrika, to cafes, and restaurants, and some nearby tourist attractions. The surrounding buildings and architecture were all Instagram-worthy. The apartments we occupied have the utensils and cooking pots and pans you can use for cooking basic meals like breakfast. The landlady attended to our needs and requests like use of iron, changing of kettle, etc. she was warm and friendly.
− Previous guests have commented about the cleanliness. There was no daily cleaning, only if you requested. Since we go out after brunch, we miss the cleaning lady’s schedule. There were items that needed maintenance or repair (a chair was broken, the kettle was not working). The AC was not working so we had to open our windows at night for cool air. However some neighbors were too loud that it distracted us. Overall, the pros overruled the cons and we managed to have the functionality and basic comfort we needed for this staycation.

Nice place but need maintenance
+ Nice host, she made sure to make my stay comfortable. It felt secure and the bed was nice, clean and comfortable.
− The walls looked like they need maintenance, might be wet. It is very noisy if something is happening outside.

+ Прекрасное расположение! До всего можно приятно прогуляться пешком) Плюс метро в 3 минутах ходьбы Есть кухонька, кондиционер, балкончики/веранда, номера просторные Можно оставить багаж после выселения По вечерам всегда тихо, тк находится во дворе
− Иногда немножко барахлил вай фай, но не критично

Nice stay at Chigureti
+ The size of the rooms, location, it’s a little hidden in the inner yard, but still near to the Main Street in Chugureti area. Amenities were available and a small kitchenette in the room. The lady at the reception is friendly, helpful and always there available.
− In our room we felt smell of cigarette smoke, for those who doesn’t smoke at all, can be a little irritating .

+ It was like finding a treasure in the end of unexpected corner and the place was so clean and the lady was very very nice with us everything was perfect about the stay
