+ The staff were not friendly enough. When we faced a problem in the shower, instead of understanding and helping to fix the issue, they showed an attitude as if we (3 people) were trying to cause a problem. Fortunately, we found a way to fix the heating system of the shower water.

− I specifically chose to pay on arrival which stated no payment would be taken before. They then cancelled on me as I was on the flight over, which I obviously didn’t see until we landed which left us with nowhere to stay, the room had conveniently been booked in that time as I looked straight away to rebook.

Rude receptionist, not recommended at all as better option available around with better facility

Great location, helpful staff, good quiet place to have a nice retreat. Will book again if in Istanbul
+ The property is as described on the website. Everything they advertised, came through.
− The toilet at night smelt very bad. Sewage smell. I had to close the door everytime I got out the toilet.
