+ Very comfortable and clean. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. The hotel is located in a quiet corner of the very lively Old Town. The breakfasts are magnificent.

− They should put a sign outside on the street. The hostel is located in the back, with no signs whatsoever. Vey hard to find at night.

Nice place with nice people!
+ I liked everything! I met very nice people at this hostel. The owners are super nice and even when I was leaving very early I told them and they prepared a lunchbox with my breakfast to I take early morning. One of the owners is always there cleaning the shared room's bathroom so I felt it was always clean. The beds in the shared room are very comfortable an the breakfast is good. Location is excellent! I liked it so much that I booked again one night when I came back from my hiking trip!
− One small suggestion to maybe have a small carpet on the bathroom floor, I felt every time someone was taking a shower the floor was all wet, but a carpet would solve the problem :)

+ The owner Levan was very friendly and funny. I liked the cosiness of the private room very much. It’s quite convenient to walk to the center (around 8 minutes). The breakfast was generous.

+ As usual Maria & Levan’s Homestay is my go-to spot in Tbilisi. It’s super well located, small, homely and I really appreciate the staff. I’ll be back!
− It’s always fully booked! Last two visits I haven’t been able to stay long because it’s been fully booked.
