Mara River Safari Lodge is located within the Bali Safari & Marine Park near Mount Agung. The resort offers free internet access, an outdoor pool, a spa and a restaurant. All lodges feature an open air terrace, giving guests the opportunity to observe different animals at close range. Exceptional
+ What a wonderful experience! Staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We did the night safari ,which was fun and watched the animals in the afternoon and morning just outside our room, they even supply carrots to feed them. Rooms are spotlessly clean.
− The only thing is the shower is a bit slippery as it has a wooden floor.

A child’s dream
+ Takes me back to my childhood:), the views of Giraffes, Zebras and Rhino from the room balcony is a highlight especially with the morning coffee, the safari access and the coordination with the park is really good, the breakfast is really good especially with Lions and Meerkats beside you.

Exceptional. Highlight of our whole stay in Bali!
+ Huge rooms/ clean rooms/ fruit and water and soft drinks provided plus carrots for the animals provided in room, access to animals was amazing view of Animals from the pool was incredible , golf buggies on demand to transport Aaron’s huge property
− The food in the restaurant was average but a very good experience and the staff happy to help

Good for family vacation
+ The safari is well designed. It is interesting to eat next to the lions. The service is good.

Ample comfortable family space in a great environment.
+ There was ample space for the family. Lots of additional services and experiences available for booking. The staff were happy to give rides between the room and the reception/restaurant, and also help with luggage.
− The family rooms are slightly further from the animals and so you need to go down to the pool to feed them rather than being able to do it directly from the room.
