Mediocre. Ok for short stay
+ Location to Bodrum marina shops and restaurants
− Rooms need to be upgraded. Room was not made at all. Towels were old. Bathroom shower water was leaking into the room. When we informed the staff they put towels to prevent it from happening . I asked if there was another room which was better. I was informed that all rooms were the same.

+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was lovely. We really enjoyed our time here and felt relaxed and well looked after throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️🇹🇷

A Wonderful Stay at Mandarin Resort & Spa – The Staff Truly Make This Hotel
+ We stayed at Mandarin Resort & Spa in Bodrum from 31 August until 3 September, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it until 5 September. That decision really says a lot about our experience — we simply weren’t ready to leave! From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. What stood out to us most during our stay wasn’t just the hotel itself, but the people working there. They are extremely hardworking, very well trained and genuinely deserve recognition for the level of service they provide. A special mention has to go to Abdullah from reception, who was welcoming, helpful and attentive from the beginning. He made the check-in process smooth and was always approachable whenever we needed anything. Zeynel from the pool bar also deserves a special mention. He was incredibly attentive and hardworking, constantly making sure guests were looked after and had what they needed. His service really added to our time around the pool. I also want to mention Polat, along with the endless team of cleaners working around the hotel. The housekeeping team work incredibly hard and are constantly keeping everything clean and tidy. Our room was cleaned every single day, and water, tea and coffee were replenished every day. These little things make a big difference, especially when travelling with a baby. The baby cot provided in our room was also very well maintained and clean, which was something we really appreciated. Travelling with a baby means you naturally pay more attention to these things, and we were very happy with the condition of the cot. The waiting staff throughout the hotel were also fantastic. They work nonstop, constantly serving guests, clearing tables and making sure everything runs smoothly. You can genuinely see how hard everyone works from morning until night.

خوب بود
+ Despite the issue we had the first day with our beds being full of ants, the staff was very polite and changed our room the second day. We had no other issues since then, the second room was clean and even bigger than the first one. The food was great. All hotel staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Location was good, close to the city centre and the public beach.

+ The food and drinks were very good and delicious. The staff were extremely kind, warm, and friendly. Everything was kept very clean, and the staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the facilities. The location was also very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time here.
