− Breakfast was a disappointment; the dining room was too small and unattractive compared to the rest of the hotel. We didn’t receive any help with the problems we encountered in the room. (For example, a faulty light bulb that caused the ceiling lights to stop working.)

+ Very nice location, right in heart of Old Tbilisi town. Close to all restaurants, shops, all walking distance. Very beautiful view from the balcony😍 A bit loud at night time, but it is busiest part of Old town and do not need to walk up too hight up and taxi come to entrance to the hotel. Would recomend this hotel to stay for shirt stay.
− It was no iron in the room, and has to ask for it and wait when others guests bring back. But it total happy with the choise.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel but very noisy at night

− I came back to the room and discover they were working inside, I saw some of the bathroom towels had been moved by the workers. No one told me! Quite noisy at night

Good place to stay for the location and convenience.
+ The location is perfect. You walk out of the hotel and you are in the main old tbilisi town full of restaurants and markets and close to the sulfur bath, the river, etc. The lady from the breakfast is very kind and hospital. The way she received the guests and prepared the breakfast made the start of the morning a lovely one.
− The room and toilet was a little smelly, I think there was a problem in general with the vents. The mattress was a little old like it was sagging.
