− Rooms are usually given at 3rd / 4th floor. So staircase ! No lift. Some should offer taking luggage up n down. Also this should be mentioned while booking

Excellent value, yes firm beds but no issue for us
+ Excellent price for the location. Clean and tidy. Many reviews talk about the water pressure.. it wasn’t that bad but I didn’t wash my hair during my stay, for a few nights it’s fine for body showers or short hair. The bed is hard like how the reviews describe so for a western who isn’t used to a firm bed, you will notice. The bed was definitely the hardest bed I’ve slept in but I had no trouble at all because the pillows were so comfy and big so we didn’t have issues at all. For the price these two things things are worth it.

+ The staff was very nice. The room was very spacious. And I loved that there was a kitchenette where I could heat leftovers.
− The water.pressure was too weak, especially in the shower, and the toilet seat was loose.

+ Great neighbourhood, shops, restaurants, ... Everything was new in the appartement Great and friendly housekeeper.
− The bed was too hard. Missed some hours of sleep because of that. Tiny topper, but no real soft matress. Couldn´t sleep sideways, even on my back was hard after a while. I didn´t mention it during my stay, I reckoned they wouldn´t buy me a soft matress ...

Pleasant and met expectations
+ The place was quiet and tucked away from the noise of Sukhumvit's main street but within walking distance to the BTS station, food places and Terminal 21. The room itself is clean, and I like the washing machine facility as I used it every day since my purpose in Bangkok was to play badminton.
− One area I would wish the place had is a softer bed. The bed was unexpectedly hard compared to other hotels I been in Thailand.
