− Spa undergoing renovations that we weren’t told about when booking. Breakfast was terrible. No duvet on bed just this large tea towel thing

It was very good, we liked it.

+ The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was perfekt. There was a bus station near the hotel and many buses passed there, and it was possible to see all areas in the city with those buses. We didn't use taxi at all. It was very close to the sea, and in that area it was many restaurants and cafe and also it was a way for walking at nights. And it was always crowded and safe.

− The only problem with the hotel was hot water. It was hard to took a shower sometimes, because the water was too cold or too hot. It was very hard to fix it. Also in the reservation in the booking website, it was mentioned that the breakfast will served in our room, but it wasn't like this.

+ Pros: Helpful staff, good location, reasonably clean room.

− Cons: No elevator, very small/noisy rooms, basic breakfast, misleading information about the beach shuttle and adults-only policy.

Stay was good, friendly staff, bit rough around the edges, spoke to the owner he said he had owned the hotel for 4 month

+ Very friendly and welcoming by staff, a modern feel and the position was great for our needs

− 1st room we went to the main lock on the door locked us in, the person on reception had to relieve the door locked us to let us out, having arrived at 02.00, the door system should of been fixed beforehand, during our stay the room was let out again and we could hear the same issue was again giving problems. Maybe just get the door lock fixed? We were given another room the following morning. What would happen if there was an emergency….. bit of a nightmare!

− We had problems with the ceiling in the restroom and the staff could not solve it and forced us to stay in that room.

+ The breakfast had many options. It was well located, near the airport.

− We were apparently upgraded to a superior room, however, the bath tub was not clean as well as founding some hairs in our bedsheets and pillows. We couldn't use the TV because the remote didn't have batteries. And we were surprised to only have one single person bed cover to sleep with.

Was a positive and welcoming stay loved majority of it just a couple of things could be tweaked for a better experience

+ The rooms were decorated very nicely and the bed is a great size and comfortable , though the thin blanket provided makes it a little less comfortable, bathroom facilities and air conditioning is also great. The location of the property is also fantastic, right by the sea and plenty of restaurants and about a 20/30 minute drive to the old town city, staff were lovely and welcoming . The breakfast rotation is practically the same each day was still good. If you book and have issues with stairs book the first floor as they don’t have an elevator.

− There is no lift so you could be walking up to 3 flights of stairs each time, was very difficult with heavy luggage. Also if you are staying for a long time there is a lack or storage, no chest of draws of wardrobes just a couple of hangers.Also there are no duvets only thin blankets which personally made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The terrace doesn’t have anything on it and we also went to check out the spa downstairs and just found a kitchen and storage rooms. Still a lovely hotel :)
