Definitely will stay there again even if I have a lot of money

+ Price, quality perfect 🫡 the stuff is very nice and when I mean nice it means they are helpful at any time and any question

− It’s good trust me, it feels more expensive then it is

Good , we know choose the location a little bit far to Patong beach , but still need walk around 20 mins

+ The hot water shower

− No chairs at the balcony, the chair are inside the room . If move to balcony no have too much to put the chairs . I hope can put small chairs at the balcony. Ac I think have a little problem, all the time drop water on the table , whole room only one tissue and at the toilet.that’s all , the other things are good .

− Rooms were not cleaned the 9 days we stayed, shower was partially broken. 5 floors no elevator. Also far from all locations so a motorcycle is needed.

Decent overall, several disadvantages

+ The hotel is located close to a 7-11, but there’s no proper sidewalk nearby, and walking in any direction feels unsafe, so you need to be careful. The room itself is fairly well equipped overall, and the reception staff are very friendly.

− First, the window is right next to the bed, and once the sun rises the entire room becomes fully lit. The curtain doesn’t help at all. Even though I used an eye mask, I still found myself waking up very early every day because of the strong light. The balcony is very small, and unfortunately there’s no way to let fresh air into the room without also letting mosquitoes in, since there’s no mosquito screen. The location is a bit far from central Patong, and it takes about 20–30 minutes to walk to the nightlife area and the beach. Additionally, my room was on the fourth floor with no elevator, which made going up and down the stairs several times a day quite exhausting.

+ The rooms are big, and the location is decent good like 20 min walking to the beach and party area

− The shower is in the toilet, like literally; so It is a mess every time you shower. They don’t have elevator so prepare yourself to walk many stairs. The street where the property is heavily transited and hard to park. The property almost left us without accommodation while I understand the no-show and the not refundable policy, I contacted the property days before to tell them about our situation because of the weather in Asia and ask them if they can help us with checking one day after so we will only use one out of the two nights that we have booked and paid. And they refused, it was really frustrating, I have to contact them several times, call booking and them they decided to receive us (but based on their availability).

− I book a Room with terrace, what I get is not possible and the owner say nothing before. You can see what a terrace I get in Foto

The room presented in the pictures and the room they gave to me were totally different

+ Good location

− The room I god was totally different from the one they gave to me It looks amazing in the pictures but the room I god had no windows, and a bad smell I couldn't sleep at all and I left after the first day even though I payed for two days. It was terrible especially after a very long and tiring flight

− No proper space for car parking. Bathroom size were too small. Balcony were no use for some room instead of the balcony they should had increased the bathroom size.

− My room was on 3rd floor and no lift which I didnt liked,also their was no staff member to help us out so we need to carry our laguage own.
