+ Room clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. It is served as a platter which we noticed was quite wasteful as people didn't eat everything they were served. The swimming area (a platform rather than a beach because the cliffs are high and steep here) was fab - very luxurious, very clean, very friendly staff. The drinks are very expensive though. The food here is excellent also and a similar price to elsewhere - Antalya is expensive though.

− We had a standard room which was very small with a tiny balcony. Fortunately we are not large people so we managed to squeeze past each other in the room and on the balcony. The drinks are very expensive but Antalya is expensive.

+ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lucky Monkey Hotel and would gladly stay here again. I traveled to Antalya for some me time, so my goal was to have a safe, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay. Lucky Monkey exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every morning they sent me a WhatsApp message to check on me, ask how I was feeling, and see if I needed anything. That level of care made me feel genuinely welcomed. They went above and beyond throughout my stay. When I had trouble ordering food through the local delivery apps, they kindly helped me order from Domino's and McDonald's. They also found and arranged a nearby salon when I wanted to get my eyelashes done. Every member of the team—the morning staff, afternoon staff, evening staff, and even the bar staff—was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was filling my cup with ice or answering my questions, they made everything easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and, most importantly, I felt completely safe during my stay. Thank you to everyone at Lucky Monkey Hotel for making my stay and my visit to Antalya such a positive experience. I truly hope to return one day, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya. ❤️🫶🏽🇹🇷

Very Good

+ Breakfast is a set meal. It was very nice and plentiful. Something for everybody in the meal. Room gets cleaned daily. Reception are very responsive and will help out with any request fairly quickly. Spa was great I used it twice. Restaurant is great, good food and drinks. The scenery is great also.

+ The staff were amazing. Emre and Turkan were amazing and went above and beyond to accomodate us and make sure everything we needed was covered.

+ The location. The scenery. The cleaning staff. 2 of the male receptionists were very friendly and helpful. All the waiters were friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was clean the room was light and airy. Whenever we asked for the room to be cleaned and have fresh towels it was done. But you do have to ask. Some of the food was ok.

− We had issues all week with the jacuzzi. We booked the top room with jacuzzi due to coming for dental treatment so thought as we would spend a lot of time in the room we would choose the best. We had 3 technicians come to try and fix the jacuzzi. And we’re only able to use it successfully a couple of times in the week. The drains were blocked so the balcony flooded. The room needs a good clean under the bed, windows and the ripped broken sofa needs replacing. People have complained about barking dogs but we never heard any. Booking.com were amazing and despite getting no communication from the hotel I have been given a partial refund for the jacuzzi difference which I am happy with. The manager was washing at first but then became very rude and tried to blame us for the jacuzzi issue when we left despite giving us 2 small bottles of wine and some fruit when we first had the issues.

− Rooms very small Bathroom very small also The rooms are a little tired looking . Had a partial sea room I’m normally a very deep sleeper but was woken 2 nights running with dogs close to the property excessively barking all night . Asked reception for some ear plugs and they had nothing to provide and couldn’t find any in local shop or pharmacy .
