With a beachfront location on the Arabian Gulf, this resort offers a panoramic outdoor pool and a small private beach. Massage treatments are available. The air-conditioned rooms of Lou'lou'a Beach Resort Sharjah have a classic décor, and include satellite TV, radio and a mini-bar. Some rooms include a balcony offering panoramic sea views. Very bad horrible treatment to clients
+ The service at this hotel during these difficult times was just terrible! Unfriendly, rude staff - at the reception, the guy at the reception didn’t even bother to check booking details and just kept asking million questions and more money even though we have paid in advance but they said we don't deal with booking app u need to pay extra . And got a rude attitude! Staff is lazy, unfriendly just not willing to provide any customer service! I don't recommended to anyone Don’t go, no value for money! There are other better options.

− The service at this hotel during these difficult times was just terrible! Unfriendly, rude staff - at the reception, desk at the swimming pool! Arrived late in the night, the guy at the reception didn’t even bother to open PC to check booking details and just kept asking million questions. We didn’t get towels at the swimming pool, were asked to wait until 1pm, although towels could be obtained from the housekeeping department. Reception asked us to leave without returning cash deposit - needed to request it! And got a rude attitude! Staff is lazy, unfriendly just not willing to provide any customer service! Housekeeping staff in the morning is very loud shouting in the corridors which is disturbing the morning tranquility. Don’t go, no value for money! There are other better options.

− The behavior of the person at reception was very rude, asking me for a cash deposit even if I explain to him that I don't have a cash and that I am ready to pay the 200 deposit by card he didn't agree. By the way my full stay at the hotel has been already paid in advance. I was with my kids arriving there around 15h00 and temperature outside was 50 degrees and the guy insist that I should go outside to look for ATM. In addition to their rude behavior the house keeping at the hotel was very poor as well as the breakfast. That was the second time I have booked this hotel and it will be the last time.

Very Good
+ Promotion food menu price and quality were just excellent. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
− Pool could be so crowded at times. Sea was not protected from jelly fish. Buffet was overpriced in relation to the variety of food.
