A good value money. Near the location you can find a lot of grocery stores (Sok and A101) with good prices. 15 minutes f

+ The location is in a quiet area, close to grocery stores and public transport stops. There is a pool.

− You couldn't always find someone at the reception.

Don’t take first floor but upper floors are good.

+ They are so kind and friendly.

− I had to extend my stay, they offered me first floor, it was horrible, it is glass and you see the pool so you feel the pool is part pf your room and who’s going to swim like living with you and so noisy 😬 the bath room was very bad , any body from upper floors goes to bath room you hear loud noise…. . The floor was destroyed. But at forst i was in 3th floor, it was pretty clean and good .

+ The hotel was clean and had all the basic necessities, which made the stay comfortable enough. I also appreciated that they provided us with blankets. Additionally, when we informed them about the broken shower, they fixed it, which was a positive point.

− The check-in experience was quite stressful. We arrived late due to our flight, but no one was there to receive us, and there were no clear instructions on how to enter. We had difficulty contacting the reception, as the receptionist is rarely available on-site. Fortunately, another guest helped us call using a Turkish phone number, otherwise we might have been stuck outside.

Any time I raised an issue, I was told it would be resolved “now” just to stop me asking, but nothing was ever actually done. I had no Wi-Fi for my entire stay. There was also no mobile signal inside the apartment, and despite repeatedly reporting this, nothing was fixed. The apartment was only cleaned once during the two weeks I stayed, and that was after I had to repeatedly ask. Reception is never staffed. The toilet seat was already broken and came off completely. I reported it and asked for it to be replaced, but it never was. Overall, very poor management, no support, and basic issues left unresolved. I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent

+ Quiet place, no problems with parking, great personal willing to make your stay pleasant. Good and stable WiFi. 20 mins walking to the sea beach, no problem for us plus we had a car

Good for locals but bad for all others.

+ The lift. the size.of the appartment. the washing machine. the dish washer.

− Location really far away from the beach you need a taxi to commute. Not safe: main door open 24/7 and no body around. There are cctv cameras but I think they are bogus ones as it does not seem that there is a monitor in the reception. Isolated area not safe for children or lonely women. Do not pay at the property as you will be charged nearly double the price unless you pay cash and in euros. Plenty of shops around but really expensive and staff do not speak english at all as the area is far away from the sea side. In case of an emergency you are completely left alone. There is a cleaning lady who seems lost most of the time do not bother talking to her. Also, there is a phone number at the door of a so called and all the time closed reception do not waste your credit calling it. We paid 878 euros!!! and the real price with such service should not exceed 400 euros.

Amazing apartment i say go for it

+ the apartment was actually really good according to the price

− the swimming pool was a little dirty and there was always no one on reception so you had to call a number they pasted on the reception

Disappointing

− The pool was non functional, no water in it. Even though we reached at 3.30 pm after the check in time of 3 pm, we were only given 1 apartment out of the two booked and it took another 2 hours to get the other one.
