The beach is close by; the section of the beach here is equipped with showers and changing cabins.
The kitchen is fully equipped; a special thanks for the dishwasher and the drip coffee maker.
There are two separate air conditioning units - one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
Housekeeping is available upon request; you simply need to let the reception know when you leave. The room is clean, and the sheets and towels are fresh.
Slippers, shampoo, and soap are provided.
You can buy 5-liter bottles of water, as well as detergent tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher, at the reception.
There is also a tea table - this might come in handy if you decide to sit in the lobby and relax while waiting for your flight after checking out.

A great modern apartment in a very convenient location

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed - it was very clean, modern and comfortable, with air conditioning in every room and lovely modern bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast or dinner.
The building also has a lovely swimming pool, and the fact that swim towels are provided was a nice touch. It felt very private and peaceful, as there weren’t many people using the pool during our stay.
The location was excellent - just a few minutes’ walk from the main street with plenty of lovely local cafés and restaurants, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. Overall, a great apartment in a very convenient location. We would happily stay here again!

Nothing really - we were very happy with our stay. Just something to be aware of if you are staying for several nights: the apartment isn’t cleaned during your stay, only after check-out. So, for a longer stay, you may want to be prepared to do some cleaning yourself or check with the hosts in advance whether an additional cleaning service can be arranged.

we absolutely loved our stay at livia résidence, everything was simply perfect the welcome was very warm and friendly from both the gentleman and the lady at the reception, the apartment was very well equipped spotlessly clean bright and comfortable the location is also ideal close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful konyalti beach
we had a wonderful stay and would be delighted to come back again we highly recommend this place

Perfect location to enjoy a few days in Konyalty

Very good location, just a few minutes away from the beach. Very clean and cozy. Stuff was friendly and very helpful!
In 5 minutes walk there is a street full of restaurants and stores, groceries are within 5 minutes walk as well.
The hotel kindly provides umbrellas and towels for the beach

BEAUTIFUL LITTLE GEM 💎.
We booked the Livia Residence as I was having dental work at a local clinic, and didn't expect anything special, but how wrong could we be. The room was fantastic, with every amenity needed, and more. The pool was beautiful, and a lot bigger than expected, also very clean and maintained every morning.
All of the staff, from cleaners to reception were so friendly helpful and welcoming, they were just a joy to be around, in particular, Esra and Muhammet on reception were fantastic and helped with anything we needed, and provided us with our lovely fresh breakfast every morning.
This property is a little gem, and I would encourage anyone to book a holiday here.
We left this property to spend a few more days down the coast in Alanya, but when there, we were disappointed as the livia was so great, so much so, that we contemplated losing our money at the new hotel, and re-booking the livia.
Thank you so much to all the staff at this beautiful hotel, you made our holiday. We will be back ❤️ 💙 💕.

- During our 6-day stay, the towels were never renewed, and the room was never cleaned, taking into account that we never asked for cleaning explicitly.
- The water temperature in the bathroom sink is almost impossible to adjust. Most of the time it's really hot water. The shower and kitchen didn't have this issue.
- The breakfast is the same every day without any minor changes.
