Great beach and amazing chef, rooms need a makeover

+ The best part of our stay was definitely the location and the food. The gorgeous sandy beach is just a few steps away, and you get free sunbeds too (just a quick tip: double-check which ones you can use, as they all look the same but belong to different hotels). Dinner is a set menu, and luckily, it was absolutely delicious. A huge shoutout to the chef—he is amazing! He even made a completely different meal for my son when the standard option wasn't something he would eat. To be honest, the rooms really need a full makeover, but the A/C worked great and the beds were comfy enough. Overall, the staff is trying so hard and they are super nice. This place has a great vibe and so much potential—I really hope the owners fully renovate the rooms soon, because this could be an amazing hotel!"

− The room was simply unacceptable. While I could see they were attempting some renovations (like a fresh coat of paint), the overall space felt completely uninviting and fell far below my basic standards. We were supposedly 'upgraded' to a family suite featuring two bedrooms. However, one of the bedrooms had absolutely no lighting—there were just bare wires hanging from the ceiling where the lamp should have been. The towels were very worn, and some of the sheets clearly had nasty-looking stains on them. I actually had to change them myself, as I'd rather not end up pregnant from a hotel bed...

Room did not match the photos, and an unresolved alarm ruined our night.

− The room we received did not match the photos and was much smaller than expected. The biggest issue was a loud alarm sound coming from inside the room throughout the night, which became unbearable around 2:30 AM. A hotel staff member confirmed the noise but could not find the source. Reception first claimed there were no other rooms available and offered a damp-smelling room, but later admitted that a family room was actually empty. We were only moved around 4:00 AM, after losing almost the entire night. The replacement room also had dirty bed sheets. The lack of a proper solution and the staff's attitude made this a very disappointing experience.

Poor facilities, very old and smelly rooms; although the staff was trying to help, we left early

− Rooms were very old and not maintained. There was constant humidity - was not good for the health of my mother.

+ Hotel jest idealnie położony, ma zacieniony ogród, basen ze zjeżdżalnią i leżakami, plac zabaw, a odległość do plaży (też z leżakami)wynosi około 50 metrów. Jedzenie jest bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, nie brakuje też ciast, deserów i owoców. Obsługa jest przesympatyczna i pomocna, właściciel również. Pokoje były świeżo pomalowane i wystarczająco duże, a łazienki schludne. Pościel i ręczniki wymieniają codziennie. stosunek jakości do ceny jest adekwatny.

− Niektóre miejsca trzeba solidnie posprzątać.

+ Розташування досить зручне для пляжу та прогулок по набережній))🥰 Персонал дуже приємний та вічливий і особливу вдячність 🙏хочу виразити Mesut за допомогу в викликані таксі коли наш трансфер в 6 год не приїхав для відвезення до аеропорту
