+ Мы очень рады,что нашли этот вариант проживания: 1.расположение - все основные локации : Каскад, Площадь Республики, парк с колесом обозрения и статуя мать Армения, рынок ГУМ всё в 15-20 минут ходьбы. А так же все вкусные локации :ресторан Каманча, Тан Лахмаджо,Джянгалов хац, мини-рынок со свежайшими овощами и фруктами,обменник и супермаркет. 2.квартира оснащена всем необходимым.Чистый подъезд.,чистая и уютная квартира.Мы привыкли завтракать дома : кухня оснащена всем необходимым,есть посуда для готовки,микроволновка и холодильник. Хозяева позаботились ,есть сахар,чай и кофе.Стиральная машина и порошок,утюг. Есть кондиционер, удобная двуспальная кровать и камин!!!Правда было 32,° тепла и мы им не воспользовались . Но,сердце этих апартаментов, -это балкон. Большой, уютный и с видом на Арарат..Каждый день мы видели его в разной степени видимости.Рано утром и вечером.Не поленитесь, встаньте чуть раньше 7 утра , и вы уже не ляжете спать. Арарат завораживает! Каждую минуту вид меняется. Только за этот вид можно рекомендовать эту квартиру. 3.Владельцы этих апартаментов: Лиля и Сурен. Лиля, всегда на связи,очень деликатная и культурная. А муж ее, Сурен, очень образованный,говорящий на русском языке, ещё и услуги экскурсовода оказывает. Не секрет,что основные достопримечательности находятся за пределами Еревана. Так вот, экскурсии с Суреном - это информативно ,комфортно , с юмором и дешевле, чем предлагают другие туроператоры . 7 дней в Армении пролетели очень быстро. Люди,которых мы встретили в нашем путешествии были доброжелательными и красивыми. Они ценят и берегут свою культуру и традиции. + Всё отлично, уютная квартира, огромный балкон с великолепным видом, идеальная чистота, быстрый интернет, прекрасная хозяйка, которая всегда на связи, отличное месторасположение - лучший вариант по соотношению цена/качество из всех мест, где я останавливался в Ереване. − Payment is only in cash, which means you need to schedule you can't check out whenever you feel like it, but need to schedule in advance with the host.

Super kind hosts, good location, apartment should be renovated

+ The hosts of this accommodation are super nice people. They gave us an early check in, one and a half hours before 2 pm and they gave us a free ride from the airport to the accommodation, which was convenient for both sides since they left the previous guests at the airport at the same time when we arrived. Also, the hosts left us a bowl of fresh cherries on the table. Apart from that, the location of the loft is quite good, since it's located around 10-15 minutes walking from the city downtown. The view from the terrace at the mountain Ararat is spectacular, just like from the postcard.

− The apartment is in a very old building, from the Soviet era, with a small elevator. It is a real loft, placed under the roof, and the height of the ceiling is much lower compared to a normal apartment height. We stayed in the apartment in June and it was quite hot. There is one air condition in the living room and it doesn't work well. It probably needs to be serviced. There is no air condition in the bedroom and there is one very small fan there which can't cool down anything. The result of that was that we had a hard time sleeping because of the heat in the apartment that couldn't go away fast during the night because the temperature in the loft rose high quickly during the day. On top of that, the bed mattress was too soft, especially in the middle, so sleeping was a challenge. The most problematic part of the apartment is the bathroom, especially for me with the height of 1.85 m, as I kept hitting my head on the ceiling while taking a shower. The bathroom is probably the worst I've ever seen and been to on my travels in the past 20 years, alone or as a family. Apart from the height, the shower space is 0.5 x 0.5 m with a plastic curtain that sticks to your body when you take a shower. If you pull the curtain to the side, the water goes all over the bathroom. The sink faucet (not the same as on the official Booking accommodation photos) is not practical as it's very hard to turn the water on and off due to small finger space between the faucet handle and the shower hose, which is attached to the sink faucet. The water pressure is weak and not enough for a decent shower. I feel bad that I have to write so many negative details about this apartment, because the owners are so kind. However, all of these remarks are true and I was there with my wife and our 4-year old daughter. That is why I'd like other guests to know what to expect before arriving to the loft.

Good location, amazing view.

+ The hosts are lovely people. The apartment is on the last 10th floor. Have in mind that lift goes up to 9th floor only, so you will still have to use few stairs. There’s a bedroom, and a living room joined with fully equiped kitchen. The bed in living room can also be used for sleeping, so the apartment is suitable for 4 people in total. There’s an iron, washing machine, a good hair dryer and AC. Wi-Fi works well. However, the biggest highlight is the balcony. It’s huge, very private with a stoning view. On a sunny day, mount Ararat can be seen well. At night you can watch the TV tower changing lights. Metro and bus stops are nearby. Short walk distance till Republic Square and Cascade Complex, 2 metro stops till train station. Airport express bus nr 201 stops next to metro Yeritasardakan.

− Despite the high floor, the noice from the streets is quite big. But you can always shut windows and use air conditioner. The shower needs improvement, but I’m sure the hosts will cope with it easily.

A warm, cozy, and perfectly equipped stay with incredibly kind hosts that truly made me feel at home

+ It truly felt like being in my own home. Everything was complete and thoughtfully prepared, and the fireplace was such a blessing—especially since the owners had already placed firewood, ready to be lit. The place was very clean and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and daily comfort. Most importantly, the lovely couple who own the property were always available to help or answer any questions. They even left me a fresh juice, which was a very kind and refreshing touch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The balcony with its beautiful view was also a big highlight. Thanks to Lily and her husband for creating such a wonderful place and for their exceptional hospitality. I truly wish you both all the best.

Cozy studio in the heart of Yerevan

+ The place is very good in the city, the view from the balcony is great and you can even see Mount Ararat. The host was very nice and very hospitable, provided us a lot of useful information for Yerevan and actually can provide you tours for attractions around the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the fireplace made the place very cozy. Ideal for a city break and even for a longer time.
