Excellent

+ Location is in center of main area

− staff (some of them) helpfull and OK but expected more attention Lobby is too small, better to use Cafetria area to extend Lobby

Medium to high comfort overall however don’t expect the level of a quality star hotel

+ Centrally located right at the heart of down town, walkable to shopping, restaurants and many sight seeing places including Hanafi Hatun masjid. We booked a king suit which is very spacious and fabulously overlooking Hanafi masjid and the sea. The rooms were clean.

− Noisy, the rooms are not sound proof, the cleaners voices and vacuum cleaner noise was horrible during afternoon nap time, and we could hear other room sounds in the night. The break fast was basic and it’s the same menu every single day so boring. Had hot water issues at times, we couldn’t get a iron box for 2 days and later got it after complaining

Excellent

+ Every thing went great, spot on location in downtown Trabzon

Pleasant

+ Location WiFi Food Stuff

− Cleanliness

Overall satisfied with the hotel for the price we paid it was fair. Beds were very comfortable which was the most import

+ Perfect location in the main city centre. Beds and sofas very comfortable. Bathroom is good. Breakfast could be better. But overall satisfied for the price we paid.

− Breakfast was ok could be better. Bathroom had a smell which was not pleasant on the first day but either we got use to it or it faded away but I’m assuming the smell was coming from the sink in the bathroom.

Excellent

+ Very nice room, many space, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast

Trabzone is my favorite winter city tour

+ Location is perfect and at the heart of Trabzone center and near a lot of restaurants and shopping centers Cleanliness of the property Price is quite reasonable Staff cooperation

− Our room is a little pit small and there is no enough storage closets

Pleasant

+ The hotel has both pros and cons. On the positive side, the hotel was quiet, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The location is very central, which is convenient for sightseeing. However, the room was very small and poorly planned, making it uncomfortable. There were serious issues with the shower: it is difficult to operate, fixed into the wall, and floods the entire bathroom due to the lack of a proper shower cabin. Poor ventilation means the bathroom does not dry properly, leaving standing water on the floor. Access to the hotel is also inconvenient, as it is located on very narrow central streets, making it difficult for taxis to stop or wait. Overall, the central location and quiet atmosphere do not compensate for the poor room layout and bathroom problems.

Traveled for a couple of days and received good service and accommodation for the price.

+ Great location, good breakfasts, understanding and useful staff.

− Weird room window placements, a little worn down overall
