Comfortable, clean and friendly
+ The breakfast was great, and the staff was very kind and friendly! The hotel is not big, but for us it felt very spacious, It even had a pool and a padel court. I hadn't realised I'd booked a small room, but the receptionist upgraded us to a larger one, which we really appreciated! We'd happily stay here again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, for that price we got everything and even more. Thanks to the staff!
+ We spent a week here at the end of August and overall we were satisfied. The staff was superb, very considerate, helping with any questions we had day and night. The lady, which I assume was the manager also helped us with some questions. Breakfast was delicious but after a few days it got boring, although for that price I can't complain. Room service was every day - everything was resuplied, new sheets, new towels - great! We had an economy room which is not that big, definitely need some reconstructions which I will not list here, but nothing out of the ordinary. Air conditioner worked pefrect so stay was comfortable. I should also note the pool, although not very big it was very clean and had a lot of room to sit around. Hotel also provided us with free transfers to one of the private beaches - beach itself was great too, so that's definitely a bonus point from me.
− Nothing in particular expect Wi-Fi connection it was really slow and sometimes unusable in times where all the guests were at hotel. Also it only worked inside the room, so when you get on balcony it stops working. Only thing I could suggest - try to enable 5GHz band on the router if possible. This would allow better distribution between users and potentionally allow better experience.

Nice hotel and staff
+ Room was really clean and spacious ,jacuzzi bath on balcony was a bonus ,staff were helpful and pleasant.Use of cycles for free was very good

+ Such a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was really nice. We enjoyed the pool too it wasn't busy at all so me and my husband had the pool to ourselves. They have these cute little games outside and picnic bicycles you can hire and ride around Lara. The people are so nice here, I wasn't feeling well on the last day and had to book another night as my flight was at midnight and they accommodated right away and gave us a discounted price for another night. Its right next to the water and the beach is about a 10 min drive. Its not hustle and bustle in this area and nice and peaceful at night too. The mall is only a ten minute walk and on that same strip there is all the food places and gift shops. Ill definitely be booking this hotel again.

A great time. Our 3rd stay at this hotel.
+ Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Great location. Lovely breakfast. Shower glass moved and towel rail kept falling off room 201. No other issues would recommend to friends and we would choose Let’s Stay again.
