+ The breakfast was good,the stuff as well very helpful.
− The Ac was not working for all nights.But suprising it was working downstairs on reception.Lead my health to deteriorate.The toilets and standard of cleaness was not good at all.

Very close to eerything you need and must try out lovely staff and welcoming place
+ The hotel is ok and staff are lovely food was good too, some of teh tidiness elemant could be addresses and teh sahmapoos and cosditioners in the bathroom do need to be checked before new guests arrive but other than that it was great and well worth the money

+ It's at a good location, near to city but one of the room that we booked was bit dirty, tears in wall but they offered a another room as alternative. The receptionist staff & breakfast serving ladies were very helpful.
− Room bit dirty but the cleaning lady sorted it out for us next day.

+ They are making progress, and I saw that they invested some money to fix some basic things in the hotel, finally. So much better than the last time. Big plus for you

Location was good. Room not so much
+ The location was excellent.
− Our room smelt so bad like extremely bad. (Coming from the bathroom) We complained and all they did was spray some toilet spray. Also we kept finding hairs everywhere, sheets, towels, furniture.

Additionally, Booking.com ignored our complaint and closed the case by offering only a €10 credit
+ We had been staying at this hotel for the past 4–5 years, usually 1–2 times per year, and we used to like it a lot. However, over time, the quality has gradually declined. On the positive side, the hotel is nicely located, and the staff is helpful.
− The quality of the accommodation was poor, and the facilities were outdated, with no visible renovations or maintenance. Even basic amenities, such as the lights, were not working. What was even worse, breakfast was included and advertised as a buffet (“Swedish tables”), but when we arrived at the dining room, the tables were empty. After we complained, we were brought a single plate of food that had been found in the kitchen, without being asked about our preferences. To make matters worse, there was only cold water in the shower, which was extremely unpleasant and ultimately the last straw for us. Unfortunately, this was our last stay at this hotel.

Stay at the hotel was very disappointing which I didn’t expect.
+ Nothing much but the night guy was very helpful.
− Almost everything as the room was not clean specially the toilets, the hotel was very disappointing as it was nothing like what was shown on the pictures.
