− Rather old furniture, no USB connection / charger, a mix of power plug systems, completely overprices drinks at the rooftop, atmosphere at the pool

Great hotel perfect location
+ The view was perfect. The room large and very comfortable breakfast was amazing everything you could think of and more
− Staff made me sign for my coffee whilst in the pool with my disabled child and then came back and said I had to get out the pool with my child to prove who I was then came back again and said I had to get out the pool again as couldn't charge to my room I had to pay right away. To which I refused and said I'll pay later it was a 300 bhat coffee I was a guest at the pool and washed wasn't going to run away

One Night in BKK
+ Fantastic Room on 51th floor with view over the river. The flawless check inn procedure and the personal greeting card in the room. Staff is extremely polite and helpful.
− The hotel has seen its better days. Here and there it looks worn out. The Charoen Krung exit has a strange odour and is not really attractive. Looks like a closed shopping Center.

Lebua Tower Stay August 2026
+ The room we were in was amazing, staying on the 52 floor with lounge access included with our stay and the mini bar being complimentary was a great addition to our stay.
− The surrounding area is a bit noisy and even being on the 52nd floor you can still hear alot of the outside ambiance. Aside from a small shopping center there wasnt too much to do within walking distance that we found while staying here. One direction is a bunch of jewelery, and tailor stores, and the other is restaurants and massage parlors. Compared to other places we have stayed in Bangkok, it doesn't compare.
