Perfect stay, I would love to get back here

+ The hotel location was perfect with all amenities within reach. Had a McDonald and dominos cafe within the hotel which was very convinient especially if you staying with kids. The rooms were spacious and very clean and a perfect stay for a family of 6 members

− Would have been good to have a breakfast option. Also the staff at the reception were not friendly and polite. Could have been better if the receptionist were polite to their customers and friendly towards kids.

+ The property itself is very relaxing and very comfortable to stay. its my 4th stay and I'm so willing to comeback still because I feel relax and its like family ambiance also. Staff is so accommodating and fast in assisting whatever request you make, in a second they serve. My family love the room and we can even cook and all needed is available in the kitchen. We feel very much relax and meet the best expectation we have.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended

+ This was my second stay at Le Mirage Downtown Rotana, and once again, I had an excellent experience. I initially booked 4 nights and extended my stay for an additional night, which reflects how satisfied I was. I stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with four bathrooms, perfect for families. The apartment was very well equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, prayer mat, and safe box. The bed was very comfortable, soundproofing was excellent, the air conditioning was cold, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. Daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water were also provided. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Special thanks to Mohammed, the Filipino receptionist whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, the lady who appeared to be the manager, the bellman, and the parking security team for their kindness and assistance. The parking is spacious, easy to access, and suitable for large vehicles, with a dedicated space for each apartment. There is no hotel restaurant, but McDonald’s and Domino’s Pizza in the lobby are convenient options. Overall, excellent value for money, great facilities, and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended for families, and I would definitely stay here again.

− Just a small observation — definitely not a complaint! Since we used the kitchen quite frequently during our stay, I bought a dishwashing sponge so we could wash our dishes whenever needed without waiting for housekeeping. But the next day, after housekeeping cleaned the apartment, our little sponge had mysteriously disappeared! 😄 I asked reception about it, but unfortunately, we never found out what happened to our hardworking sponge! It was only a minor inconvenience, but we did miss our little kitchen helper, especially with our frequent cooking. I’m sure it was simply an oversight, and hopefully next time our sponge will be allowed to complete its mission! 😂
