Very Good

+ The staff are very kind and helpful, especially Furkan at the coffee shop near the swimming pool, and the lady who took care of our room service. A large variety of good, fresh, and tasty food served all day long. Entertaining activities, especially kid's activities, shoutout to Mini Club Team 😁

+ Vynikající kuchyně, personál milý a ochotný. Byli jsme ubytovaní v zrekonstruovaném velkém pokoji.

− Mám ráda dobrou kávu a hotelové automaty moc dobrou kávu nedělají. Jinak se nám všechno líbilo.

Fantastic resort for families with kids of all ages

+ The resort was beautiful, clean, and offered lots to do for our family of five. The food in the buffet dining room was also some of the best we’ve had at a resort. And the animation team gets five stars.

− The beds could be more comfortable, and a kettle or coffee machine in the rooms would have been great.

+ Staff was great!

− Wifi didn't work - always dropped the connection. Rooms require renovation. Cleaning was done, but not the best quality. Staff was great, but the whole facility looks understaffed, so the have to work hard.

+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for, and the warm hospitality made our vacation even more special. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making us feel at home and for creating such a pleasant atmosphere. We will remember this trip with great warmth and would be happy to come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Got sick, hotel staff not willing to help

+ The ocean location is beautiful

− I got sick due to broken aircondition set to max freeze. When i confronted reception with the broken air condition in my room they laughed in my face and told me "i dont know, maybe open a window or something, do you want a blanket?" Then they proceeded to try to convince me that this is simply the default setting on all their airconditions and thats how the hotel was built If you are a couple looking for a 4/10 experience this is an ok hotel. If you have children it seems like you are going to run a health risk with your child by staying in this hotel. Bed sheets and towels were sometimes dirty. Buffet and food did not start on time, sometimes 30 minutes late. Bartender quality varies wildly person by person. There are other hotels with the same beach, go for them instead

+ Nice Place, nice beach, friendly staff, Nice food and plently of choice, child friendly, shaded areas for sitting, good. They take care of the cats about, thank you for looking after cats ) Nice stay thank you.

− Not much, it appears a well run and clean hotel, friendly staff. Like many of this type of hotels music is played around the pool area, I didn't find it a issue as don't think it was a too loud, but if your someone who wants to sit in silence possibly not for you, but beach area was more peaceful.

+ Minden nap takarítottak és nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. A kültéri medencék, csúszdák is szuperek voltak. A tengerparti pizzéria külön öröm volt. Finom es bőséges ételek.

− Hiába kértünk jó előre csöndes szobát, majdnem minden este iszonyú hangerővel kellett hallgatnunk a szomszéd szálloda esti buliját. A barátainknak szerencséjük volt, ők a belső kertre néztek és az nagyon csendes volt. Ráadásul a teraszajtót nem lehetett rendesen bezárni. Az ágy kényelmetlen.😞 Vízforralót lehetett volna bérelni a recepción, de ezt csak távozáskor tudtuk meg. Az ételek eléggé “oroszos” ízlésvilágúak voltak.

+ I liked the big variety of food. Kind and friendly staff, specially the staff of Tulip bar and cleaning ladies.

− Noisy music coming from outside and poor WiFi.

Besides the friendly staff I wouldn’t stay there again and it’s not a 5 stars hotel

− This is not a 5 stars hotel, building is very old and the walk to the rooms is weird . Rooms were clean but with very minimal amenities. The all day dining hallway was sometimes smelly
