+ Πολύ καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο μικρό δωμάτιο 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο κ το τρένο

Convenient and worth the price

+ I liked the location because it was a short distance from public transport and it was close to the city centre otherwise as well. On the other hand the precise location had some construction next to it and the noise insulation was not great. The room was neat, clean and modern. The staff was kind and helpful without being pushy. The price was very affordable for the quality of the stay!

− Noise insulation was not the best and the construction outside interrupted sleep in the early morning. Because of the small size of the room there was not enough space to store luggage and the bathroom was also a little inconvenient with no place to put your change of clothes or makeup bag.

Room 3/4 full of king size bed leaving no space to move freely

+ Little room and washroom clean.

− The bed was 3/4 size of the room which made it impossible to move easily. No place/table to put suitcase which did not suit my needs. Too many alleys to get to the property (confusing). I requested to cancel within minutes of checking in and they obliged with no cancellation fee, returned my 1000TBH deposit for which I am grateful but it cost me a bundle to find another place for the night and taxis charging double due to construction of another mrt. When I tried to explain the lack of space, I, a regular travellerm was told is well, you booked a budget/single room..haha. If the bed was single too, it would have been a comfortable room.

New hotel in a good location

+ We stayed here almost 2 weeks. We were one of the first customers. Hotel and rooms are new. Everything is clean, new and properly working. Bathroom is not something you can get in thailand for this price. Exceptional. It has even wireless phone charge on room. Location is good. Just 5 min walk to phaya thai station and you can go almost everywhere from there. Staff are friendly and helpful. I specially thank them.

− Room a little bit small and not too much space to put belongings. But for a short time stay it is OK. Strict no smoking rule inside hotel including rooms. And rooms has no balcony. So you need to go down and outside to smoke. If you are a non-smoker it is a good thing actually.

+ Central location just few steps away from pratunam Market, Just undergone renovation, friendly helpful staff, 711 ,exchange , food stalls , night markets all within less than 6 mins walk.They also provide wireless charging

− The Lobby is very Tiny🫣.No safe in the room . No descent storage area for clothes within room. No bathtub 😞 when you shower the water will take a little bit to be drained
