− Only thing was that the staff didn’t speak English much, not a downside at all as did not affect our stay. Everything was brilliant, just a note if other customers are not bilingual!

A comfort stay in the middle of city!
+ The host/ receptionist was very kind and friendly. The location of hotel was excellent, in the middle of city allowing lots of exploration! Room was clean, bedding was clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning worked fantastically! Very quiet surroundings as well, we had a good restful night despite heavy rain overnight.
− Just FYI, there is no lift in the hotel. But I believe all rooms are either on 1st or 2nd floor. The receptionist kindly helped us move our luggage to the 2nd floor, thank you!

+ The hotel was centrally located and very գեղեց יפה, making it easy to get everywhere. The staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the room early, which we really appreciated. Thank you for everything — we had a great stay!

− The mattress springs have worn out. So after 2 days we woke up with a back pain. The room had a musty smell but the decorations were a bit old too so i guess it was normal.
