+ It was such a cozy, and a very clean apartment. And the most beautiful part of the stay was the hospitality of the family!

+ Theo and his father, Stergios, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They were always available, gave us great recommendations for places to visit, drove us to the places we wanted to go, and were always so friendly and welcoming. They made our holiday so much easier and truly made us feel like guests visiting friends. When we asked about slippers, Stergios even went to the town and bought some for us — such a kind and thoughtful gesture! 😊 You can also definitely trust Theo when it comes to recommendations for places to eat and enjoy on the islands night-life :) We also absolutely loved the house. It was beautifully designed, brand new, and every little detail had clearly been thought of with great care and taste. And the coffee was an extra highlight — it was delicious! ☕️ We felt so comfortable and at home throughout our three-day stay. We would definitely love to come back! ❤️

− The only minor downside was that it took around 25 minutes to walk to the island center, which sometimes made it difficult to spontaneously go back home and head out again. However, Theo and his father helped us with rides whenever they could, which was incredibly kind of them. :) However the house was close to the many beaches, which was a good advantage :)

+ The location of the property was in a great spot, a 15-minute walk to the beaches and a 20-minute walk to the center. Theo and his father were really nice people and very helpful. The house was very clean and very safe. I would definitely choose this house again if I ever come back to Kos.

Best hosts and apartment in Kos

+ Theo and Sergio were amazing hosts. They helped us from the very beginning of our trip, showing availability and kindness to every request. The apartment is located perfectly near the beach at a 5 minute walk and 20 minute walk to the city center. Theo gave us recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs too. The apartment was cozy for 2 people and had all the essentials. We also requested more towels since we stayed there 1 week and they gave them to us. The parking is really easy in front of the property and the neighborhood is super safe. We loved staying here and we loved Kos. We can’t wait to be back

Very well situated for beach and Kos town.

+ It was so close the beach and shops and Kos town was just 20 or 30 mins walk away. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

+ The location of the apartment was a bit outside of the main old town but perfect if you also wanted to experience the quieter beaches. Additionally it was very convenient to hire a bike. The hosts were gracious and very helpful, even offering to drive us to the property for the key collection. The room was clean and perfect for two people.
